Excellent service staff went above and beyond food was freshly prepared very hot will definitely come again

Staff are so accomadating and friendly and food is always yummy
We order on ubereats and they happily ambers orders over the phone which is 🙌

Had lunch at Boo Fosse Park today. One of our party didn’t like their burger and a very helpful server there called Pravez very kindly swapped it for a chicken burger instead, even though they didn’t have to. Nice to see good customer service. 👍👍

(also just noticed over 50% 1 star the minumum you can give and the rest 5 because they have put them on themselves 🤣 should be shut down infact i’m going to report them to a mystery shopper ) just ordered off uber eats i’m not exaggerating the worst tasting burger i’ve ever had £15 for that you should wear a ski mask it was inedible no flavour and like eating cardboard please do not order from these scammers get a piece of paper and eat it instead honestly that bad

Do not order from these for delivery as they always miss out the drinks that’s twice now this has happened, won’t order from them again and there excuse is “there busy”

Went to boo fosse park placed order had to wait 30 min then the order was wrong eventually we got correct order and the food was cold
I had a cheeseburger and fries
The burger was disgusting dripping with fat I would not feed to a dog
A total bad experience and my order came to 33 pounds I felt like I had been mugged to top it all the waiter did give me a refund of two pounds because they got size of my burger wrong gave me a child’s size overall stay away from this crap and incompetent workforce
Mind you it was busy and a Saturday

(Fosse park Leicester) Spent over £40, Food was stone cold and horrible. Ordered 2 meals and drinks never turned up even though we paid extra money for the milkshakes. Partner phoned them up and they said there is nothing we can do. Avoid! Definitely wasn’t worth the money

£11 chip in to boo burger charity. Wanted to collect food on a sunday morning at 9:30 on my way to work.. Ordered online and their website allows 9:30 am collection. Went there to see the mall being closed(fosse park, Leicester ). At 9:35 mall gates opened and found the shop being closed. Then only I realised they open only at 10 am..contacted over phone later and person who answered the phone asked me to come in person.. Went there only to sent back saying they will refund online.. This process happened couple of times now.. They don't even care anything about customer service so I Truly believe they don't care about the food they serve either..

They answered the phone with "Please hold" I was on hold for 8 minutes. Hung up and tried calling back only to be cut off twice! Not great service is it?
