I ordered roses for my girlfriend’s birthday a week in advance and chose this company because they offered a specific delivery date. Despite my request, support replied days later saying they couldn’t deliver on time. I canceled, but they still delivered the flowers the day after the birthday — completely useless. Customer service is slow, unresponsive, and not client-oriented. Luckily, I paid with a credit card and got my money back. Don’t waste your time — order elsewhere.

I’ve never had a worse customer experience. I purchased bouquets for both of my daughters for Valentine’s day. The flowers arrived droopy, damaged, and unsalvageable, and one set was delivered 5 days late. I pursued their customer service team for 5 months - they asked for photos several times (which I had) , then said they were handling it, etc. and finally came back with the offer of a credit - as if I would do business with them again. I don’t usually write reviews but when an experience is this bad, I feel like I have the obligation to warn others. They are scammers.

Wilted Roses
My husband ordered some blue roses for our anniversary. They however did not arrive the date that was requested because they needed ID verification. In all my years of online shopping not once was my ID ever requested. The flowers arrived yesterday evening and they are not in a box fit for flowers. The box had holes punched all around it and they cam with no wrapping to protect the flowers themselves. The flowers are all wilted and I am hoping that being in water will help them revive but I am not sure since all the ends are dried up.

My husband ordered 50 long stem roses for me on Mother's Day and they were all damaged! The tops of the roses dried up and they all died the next day.I called the company and sent them the pictures as soon as I unpacked the whole box. I have not heard back from them.

Extremely Disappointed – Poor Service & Unprofessional Experience
I ordered flowers for Mother's Day, expecting them to arrive on Mother's Day as promised. When I checked the tracking first thing that morning, the only update was that a label had been created on the day I placed the order—no movement, no delivery window, nothing.
I called customer service to get clarity and was told they should arrive that day, but they couldn’t give a time. Hours later, I called again and was told the flowers would be delivered through Grubhub, which made no sense to me. Then, even more hours passed before I got a call saying the flowers I ordered were actually out of stock, and I could choose a different one. I declined because the specific blue flowers I ordered had sentimental meaning for my mother.
Instead of making things right, they told me I’d receive the flowers two days after Mother’s Day. I asked for a discount due to the delay and poor communication, and was told I’d only get one after my order was delivered. When the flowers finally arrived, I contacted them again and was told I’d receive a discount “soon.”
It’s now been a week, and they finally sent me a code—for $7 off. That’s unacceptable given the hassle, the missed occasion, and their complete lack of accountability. Their customer service is unprofessional and unhelpful. This was my first and last time ordering from them. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

Why why why didn't I look at the reviews!! Bought 50 short stem Roses for Mothers day for my wife. Waited till Wed to order to make sure fresh as possible but time to deliver..they arrived on time. Saturday but the roses were dead..dried out leaves and what should have been Red Roses were dark almost black petals. $179 Total. How in the Ef do these people stay in business? I was assuming they specialized in business of selling ROSES..they should have fresh flow of ROSES..and a good system. I have bought roses from around the world and all were Fresh and Beautiful. NOT THESE!!! WOW! I will put in a credit card dispute. I am wondering who runs this. You do not give a flyinf out of anything.. 75% 1 stars??? REALLY? The roses I received if you put in a Vase at a Store with a FREE sign..no one would take them...for Free. The leaves are so dead dried they are falling off.

Terrible experience with this company. I specifically requested May 3rd for the delivery date, and was even emailing them to confirm it would be delivered on that date. When I heard no follow up from them, I sent a email to cancel my order on the 4th. I get a text on the 5th saying they don’t deliver on those dates, but will send it out on the 6th. By that point I had already gone to a local shop to get what I needed and told them I no longer needed their order and to cancel it. They said their courier doesn’t work on weekends. Then why do you have weekend dates as a delivery option if you don’t have a courier on those days? They insisted there was a no-refund policy and tried to push for me to receive the shipment regardless. All I got was the good ol’ “I’ll talk to my manager and have them contact you”. There was no manager follow up and I was aware of that — it was just a way to get me off the phone. Shortly after, I still got a confirmation email that a shipping label was created with FedEx, so they’re still trying to push delivering it regardless. I ended up filing a dispute with my bank for the charge.

If I could give them a negative star I would. Absolute worst service ever! Not only did I call for same-day shipping they shipped it two days late. Blamed me for not opening the box to care for the flowers so they can't take them back. Emailed & Called customer service for 2 days, Never got a response via email or call. Finally got in contact with customer service, Asked to be transferred to a manager and She was very rude. She Was not able to fix my problem, offer ant solution and basically told me that it was my fault that there were no notes in my order. Please don't get scammed out of $200 like we did. I failed to receive my shipment, as it was a birthday present for my 5 year old grandson. Very unhappy I thought I would have to call my bank and have them cancel my card due to fraud one again. So happy to say Boo Bear proved me wrong!!!! I received a response stating my shipment was reshipped. And.....I received it. This is the best customer service I have received in a long time in dealing with online companies. I highly recommend Boo Bear, as the customer service says it all!!!!
