I've withdrawn 3 times and each time the process takes longer and longer. They requested account verification each time which delayed the time it takes to receive it. I was told 3-5 working days then I was told it's a further 3-5 working days after verifying my account. Not only that but I when I had sent them all the required documents they tried to tell me that it wasn't enough then a different chat agent told me the complete opposite. I confided in them that I just found out my nana had died and needed a faster resolution and still I have to wait for their email.
