where is my watch! It supposed to be a birthday gift and I selected the express shipping which cost me 12 euro extra and we are 2 months further no gift no watch!! not even a reply from Bonvier after mailing 10 times! This company promises to deliver a watch in 2-5 days. I ordered one some time ago and have paid for it in advance. I have received no update. I tried contacting them via email and instagram and I get no response.
I want a watch or my money returned but I can't seem to get hold of anyone. I don't know what else to do, so I'm thinking about legal action.

I ordered a watch on the 3rd of July (order number #10391) and it was shipped on the 7th of July, I still haven't received it, can you tell me what is going on? And when I will receive the watch?
I have sent a number of emails and I've had nothing back! If I dont hear back i will be rasing a fraud case with my bank.

This is my third review, only writing this because it seems to be the only way bonvier will reply. Ordered watch 5 months and still nothing. Absolute joke of a company. Do not buy
I would give no stars if I could... I’m STILL waiting for the watch to come. Said it was shipped? Nearly two months ago. Customer service is practically non existent. I’ve messaged on Instagram, Facebook, I’ve emailed and messaged through their request form on their website multiple times.
I ordered this watch MONTHS ago and was then informed at the beginning of July that it would be shipped at the end of July and got an email to say it was and still I haven’t received any tracking information or any response from their team. Do NOT shop from Bonvier, it’s a scam

I placed an order on 26.12.2019 and I am waiting for my watch until today. For more than half a year now, I've been receiving excuses, more excuses and no proactive action.
In total I have already written more than ten mails. Since the relaunch they promised that i will get my whatch. But the Tracking ID says it has never bin shipped. Since that no one is replying.
Althoug bonvier has commented Here on my last Post in 4th august and said that they will reach out to me nothing has happened. I have not received any mail!

More then 1 month i order a watch and i still did not get nothing . I tried to contact them many times , i send more then 5 emails trying to get an answer but nothing . At least refund the money if you are unable to send the products to your clients . Tottally disspoiment !!
I have purchased a watch ago a month. May be this scam so need to report on advertising and as a cyber crime. My order is 10449. They will not even reply mail so please think before purchase.
Second review related to order #9981, placed on early April 2020. My first review dated 31st July, where I said that the company is likely a Chinese scam. Bonvier signaled my comments (apparently truthful comments hurt them) and replied on 4th August, claiming that it would have followed up with my order and would have contacted me through private mail for the delivery. Meanwhile, within the website Bonvier changed the VAT % in the section "terms & conditions", reporting the Italian correct rate (I guess my review made them realize they had made a mistake, LOL!).
As I anticipated in the review of July, I received no mail nor any other contact from Bonvier, just like other reviewers have reported in their comments. This further confirms that it is a scam.
I can't wait for Amanda (or Michael, or any other name used by their bot playing customer service) to reply to this comment, saying that she will take a look! What a shame.
This is my second comment - I got response from “Amanda” a day after my post saying they will look into my order and email me.. but I was honestly not expecting them to do anything about it but I would like to cancel my order now. I do not want the watch anymore. If you could please just refund me the money. It does not take that much work to cancel and refund orders. The lest you could do if your not able to meet the “demand”.

Having to write another review seeing as it has still been about 5 months since I ordered. My last review got a reply saying they would get back to me by email and they haven't. It's been weeks since they replied to me on here and probably a month since I had any email from them.
Can you please just send out the product I ordered and just resolve the issue. Still haven't received any refund by the way....
