Have received a lot of bonuses

Some of my “bonuses” are over two years old and are still “waiting for approval.” I’ve contacted customer service, and they told me they haven’t received them from the shops where I made the purchases. So frustrating, and I’m closing my account now.

It took 18 months and many emails to have my bonuses paid out. So much slower than all other similar services!

Customer Services are automated emails, takes a lot of effort to get to a real person.

BonusWay kept claiming all bonuses where "under review" and the review time was supposed to be 4 months.

Eleven months after my last bonus and 18 months after my earliest bonus, and I after I asked for proof that none of the bonuses where approved from the sellers yet, the bonuses where finally moved from "under review" and today I could ask to get them paid out.

Will be interesting to see how slow the payout is.

Scam warning.

Fraud. Not paying out bonuses. Have had 1000+ SEK to be payed out to me for 2 years. Customer support is impossible to reach. The experience is the same for me and friends of me.

Troubles with the application, but had good help from support answering my questions and guiding my how to manage the problem. Also long waiting time for incoming bonus to get approved, with a delay of several months.

Been trying to get my money for 2 years, logged in today and they have annulled my bonus: it says "0" everywhere even though I had mire than 2000 sek under bearbetning!!! I have screenshots to prove it and I sent them to their so-called "support" but haven't heard back.

They never give me my bonus. I think I have waited over a year now and written to them several times without getting any help.

Bad customer service!
I asked for a bonus payout, they withdraw my bonus but I never got it.
I contacted them few times and they all the time had different explanations until they propose me 40% on my next purchase. No way!

You don’t get the money, I have try to take out my money for over a year. And I still not got them. I think this company is just a scam.

Not so great.

Second payout not received. It worked in the past, but it seems nobody is working there anymore. Emails are not answered, only auto emails confirming the receipt of your email. Someone forgot to pull the plug on the website and the customer database.

I have bonus for cashback and the app doesn’t let me to do the transfer! I sent 100 emails to suport@bonuswayro and nobody answer! Stupid app, dumb scammers!

Won’t pay out your money

Outstanding positions are not being updated, I requested a payout a few months ago that has not been deposited into my account to date, they do not answer email and they cannot be reached in any way (no phone number, no address and email they do not answer). It is looking more and more like the member is being scammed. I wonder what the participating companies like Hotels.com, Bol.com, Staatsloterij and Hema think about this. I can't imagine they want to be confronted with this.
