DONT BUY! I have wasted numerous hours and purchases to find a bag that works with this machine. Their vacuum machine vs2000 is a complete disaster. It barely works with their own bags. Does not work with any other bag that you can buy online. They lock you in to buy their specific stupid bags.
the machine isn’t sealing properly i think it’s more to do with the quality of the bags when you get nearer the middle of the rolls. i checked on amazon amazon reviews and there were all good , it’s served me well for over 2 years except the bags. i had a difficult time yesterday bagging my sliced roast beef up. i have a electric slicer machine so i can slice thin to save money. but crimped bags with creases caused faults so they wouldn’t seal. i wasted 5 bags yesterday. plus i asked them for info sheets over 1 years ago on food how vacuum sealing extended chilled and frozen food. but over 12 months no reply. i class that as being ignorant to a disabled person, when i need a new one i will buy another brand i feel badly let down
Had bought a vacuum sealer from Amazon. It had worked really well then developed a minor fault. Emailed customer services just before Christmas regarding the fault. The Customer service team dealt with this politely and quickly and sorted out my problem promptly and efficiently. Will definitely use again.
Have been trying to get ahold of this company to return a product I purchased from their website, by email several times. The only phone number linked to them is to a warranty center. They told me that its a company in China. And they gave me another email, which of course they haven't responded to either! If the return policy is 30 days and they don't answer emails, how do you return an item. NEVER AGAIN! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY WEBSITE

I bought a Bonsen Vacuum Sealer some time ago and at first it was really good and then within six months it was a struggle to get the machine to vacuum the air from the pouch. A complaint to Bonsen came back with the reply 'send us a video.' A sort of reasonable request from them until you think
a) you may not have a smart phone.
b) you may not know how to film a video
c) you may not know how to forward a video
d) you may not have internet.
e) it may be that you can't be bothered.
This company knows that if any of the above apply then they absolve themselves of any responsibility and can just resort to a no film, no help attitude.
They have also got rid of a huge percentage of complaints.
Well, Bonsen, I have just struggled with your machine for the very last time and it is now on its way to landfill and no, I will not be buying another of your products.
Had a VS2100 food sealer bought as a present, within Nine months stopped vacuuming, I emailed Amazon sending video and photo of the problem, despite chasing Three times for an answer no resolution. I will not be using Bonsen kitchen appliances again.
Bought a blender through Amazon and it worked well, though I made little use of it due to being away a lot. After a few months (but very little use) a plastic part cracked. Contacted the company and they sent me a replacement part. Very good customer service, and very happy to have bought their product.
