Died within 3 days
Died within 3 days. Support asked me to review the revival with some instructions. Followed these, nothing happened. Got back to them, told me they'd escalate, been 2 months + since last contact.
A friend seemed happy and his tree looked great. Delivery was timely and intact. Still hopefull for a remedy.

Top quality, poor delivery
The bonsai tree was amazing (top quality), the family loved the gift. Packaging was top notch, considering the GLS pickup point dealer did not handle it with care, holding the box side ways when the arrows clearly stated to hold it up straight and was labelled "fragile". Top notch packaging held the bonsai tree in place and luckily came out undamaged by the man.

WARNING: Deliberate deception and fraud. Received wrong item, customer service is lying.
I ordered a specific, numbered bonsai (Pinus thunbergii Nr.08) from the "Genummerd" (Numbered) collection. According to the website's promotion for this collection, these are "unique bonsais of which there is only 1". I paid for this exact tree.
However, I received a completely different, generic tree.
The "customer service" is an absolute farce and a maze of lies:
The first lie: In response to my complaint, I was coldly told that all photos were just "example pictures." This is demonstrably false for the "Genummerd" collection.
The second lie: After I proved I had purchased "Nr.08", there was radio silence for 4 days. Then came the next excuse: suddenly, the "Nr.08" tree was allegedly "not in good condition" (sick).
The "Forced Goodwill": As a "gesture of goodwill" (their words), they sent me an allegedly "more valuable" tree – without my consent, without asking, without even informing me.
So which lie is true? Was it an "example picture" or was the "specific tree Nr.08" sick? Both cannot be true at the same time.
This is not a "gesture." This is fraud. They knowingly sell unique, numbered items that they either don't have or don't intend to deliver, and then send an unsolicited replacement.
I have ordered from many different bonsai shops in Europe and ALWAYS received the exact tree that was pictured. Bonsaiwonder is the first shop that has so brazenly deceived me.
P.S.: My first critical review on their internal platform (Judge.me) was censored and never published. This shop actively deletes negative criticism to maintain their facade.
ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND. STAY AWAY!
