I received my bonsai tree completely…

I received my bonsai tree completely dehydrated and almost dead, losing its leaves a few days later. No protection in the packaging, delivery a week after ordering despite paying for express delivery and no compensation to remedy this. And my bonsai tree is beyond repair !

No feedback or shipment confirmation

I ordered four weeks ago and still haven’t received my items or a confirmation of shipment. The only feedback I got is that it will be shipped “on Monday,” but without any clear timeline or explanation. At this point, I’m honestly not sure which Monday they are referring to.

Waiting four weeks without transparent communication or a concrete delivery date is too long and no longer acceptable. Very disappointing.

Update: I shared my order number (#BW1010589) again three days ago, but I still haven’t received any update or feedback? At this point, I would kindly ask you to cancel the order and issue a refund, as it appears that the order has not yet been shipped.

Update: My order is in the meantime 6 weeks old. No feedback from customer service, products are still not shipped - I think this is a scam. Worst online shop experience I ever had...

To our knowledge, all orders have already been shipped. Over the past few weeks, we deliberately postponed shipments to Poland because temperatures were as low as -15°C. In such extreme cold, bonsai trees would unfortunately arrive frozen and severely damaged. We chose to wait to prevent your trees from arriving dead.

The weather conditions have now improved, and we are able to safely ship to Poland again.

We also noticed that the review was left anonymously. Could you please share your order number with us? It starts with #BW. This will allow us to locate your order immediately and provide you with a clear and concrete update.

Again, our sincere apologies for the inconvenience and the lack of clarity. We truly appreciate your patience and would like to resolve this for you as quickly as possible.

Best Service I experienced in comparison to other suppliers.
Bonsai looks exactly the same as on their internet site.
Packaging was perfect.
No damages on the Bonsai.

The shipment arrived super fast

The shipment arrived super fast. Unfortunately my Bonsai got damaged because the delivery guy threw the parcel over our gate while it was freezing outside. It must have laid there for a few hours and the tree got damaged. But after contacting Bonsaiwonder the replied swiftly and sent me a replacement tree which came in perfect condition. Absolutely perfect packaging. I would absolutely recommend this purchase. Maybe add a maple bonsai to the product line. That would be my request.

Paid for Speed Delivery—Received Delays and No Accountability

I ordered a bonsai as a gift for a business partner. The company advertises 1‑day delivery, so I placed my order two days in advance and paid almost €9 extra for speed delivery. Despite this, Bonsaiwonder only handed the package over to GLS two days after my order, resulting in a total delivery time of three days. By then, my business partner had already left the country.

On the day I urgently needed the package delivered, I called several times—no one picked up. My voicemail messages were ignored. I received an email response only a day later, simply stating the package would arrive on day three.

When I explained the problem again and expressed my dissatisfaction, they refused to acknowledge any responsibility or offer an apology. They blamed GLS, even though their own email admitted they had shipped the package two days after my order.

They advertise 1‑business‑day delivery but did not deliver on that promise. They charge extra for speed delivery without providing any added value. And they show no accountability or customer care.

Overall, a very disappointing experience. I cannot recommend this company.

Absolutely dissappointing

Very disappointing order. The tree arrived with the pot broken across its entire length, and the tree itself looks completely different from the photos. The shape does not match what was advertised, and there was no label or code attached, so I cannot verify that I received the correct item. The pot is also different from the one shown in the pictures. Overall, nothing matches the product description or images.

Still waiting for the customer support to reply on the refund inquiry…

Leaves are dead. Looks pretty bad as a present. :/

1. The delivery was really fast only 3-4 days and the packaging was pretty good as well. Still the bonsai arrived in a really bad condition. I hoped it would recover the following days after the delivery, but it didn’t. All the leaves are dead and i am not sure if they will grow back or if it is hopeless. (Also it was ordered as a gift)

2. Price: i found the same tree on amazon for half the price, so now it is double the frustration that i paid so much more even though the tree still arrived half dead…
