Very bad first impression…
The goods was not delivered and no information was given. I contacted customer service and they blamed the weather conditions one week ago (when already delayed two weeks!) 2 (!) months after ordering I contacted customerservice again. Apparently the parcel was lost. Still, they require me to take action and print out a form. I have no printer. This should be way more smoother for the customer.

Bad Service / Invoicing
This is a Swedish company sending items from overseas, not within Norway.
I purchased an item from bonprix and rang the service number to modify my purchase (additional cost). The packages came together without any additional payment information. The company did not send invoice by any means including Email, SMS, mail, etc. And now they charge additional fees on the purchase. It is not customer's responsibility to find a way to pay if you don't even provide the payment details.
Definitely will not purchase from this company again.
