I really like Bonny as a person and her classes were informative, specialising in people who want to progress in colouring with pencils, but missed cancellation of the renewal date by one day… so for this was charged £30! It seems wrong. I appreciate I missed any communication for the automatic renewal, but for personal reasons had to cancel. I wasn’t expecting £30 and I was told there was a small charge. Why so much?

The Bonny Snowdon Coloured Pencil Academy caught my attention some time ago. I enjoyed the free information and tutorials so much in the past, it left me wanting to learn more so I became a Member and have grown so much since. Bonny is so friendly, honest, down to earth, so knowledgeable and very caring. Her Support Staff are always available and so very helpful as are the Members.
I can honestly say, being a part of this amazing Academy is one of the BEST decisions I have done!!

I decided to have a go at the special offer week, Bonny’s style and personality shine through in the tutorials, I loved achieving a good piece and that she believes we can all produce a great standard. Mostly though she knows the joy it brings, how peaceful your mind can become in the doing.

I love the way Bonny teaches, she talks through what she is doing and why she does it the way she does so it makes sense. Bonny has a great sense of humour and is a genuine person. She makes me laugh, as she talks to herself and tells herself off. She expresses her thoughts, and you feel like you are there with her.

I love working with coloured pencils and I find Bonny Snowdon Academy the best web site for teaching and information.
She shares her enthusiasm with her membership and she is always encouraging you to learn and to be positive about the artworks you produce.

Finding Bonny Snowdon Academy has been a turning point for my creative journey. Not only is she a master of her craft, but she is also a deeply motivating mentor. She doesn’t just teach you how to draw; she helps you find the confidence to actually do it. I’ve learned more new techniques in a few weeks here than I did in years of previous schooling. My only regret is not finding this academy sooner.

I am new to the Academy, but have to say the resources and tuition are very good and so have been my results so far. Bonnie is very warm, friendly and funny so is easy to listen to and follow the tuition on the tuitorials

Bonny is a very positive person and she makes the tutorials relaxed and enjoyable. All content is very easy to follow. The foundations course is excellent and very informative. I love that the tutorials are grouped by difficulty, subject and surface used. Worth every penny!!

Bonny has given me back my love of art, it doesn't matter that im one of those people who can't draw a stick man on a ladder, she genuinely cares and encourages me every single step of the way....I honestly feel I have come home and she has become a huge part of my life! Thank you Bonny and your wonderful team, I can now truly call myself an artist!

This academy offers an impressive range of tutorials, a fantastic community, live sessions, and countless other enjoyable and valuable resources. It's a great place for anyone aiming to begin drawing or enhance their skills in a supportive and imaginative environment.

First of all Bonny is amazing. She is very calm and relaxing to listen to, always has a up beat attitude. She is like spending time with a friend. Second her insight, teaching and drawing skill are the best I have ever seen. You can accomplish over and above what you thought possible if you know how to follow directions and listen yourself.

I joined the Ignite membership to learn to draw- I’d not really done any art since school (45 years ago)
I’ve learnt so much and really enjoy the whole community feel to being a member. I’ve also met Bonny at one of the events. My only regret is I wish I had more time to spend on it.

This group is for beginners to accomplished artists. There is truly something for everyone. It is organized very well. Projects are easily found and structured in manageable “chunks” with great resources (original images, Materials lists, tips, and suggestions, etc). There is an awesome support team which provides great customer service. There is a place to go to have questions answered in a timely manner, an associated FB group. In many project cases there is a live chat where one can ask questions and get answers immediately. Bonny Snowdon Academy is a rare example of getting more than one is paying for. The site provides quality instruction with great audio and visual content. There are frequent live bonus sessions with replay offered so people worldwide can benefit. There is NO pandering nor undue influence to purchase products. I’ve felt my information has always been kept personal and my privacy protected. That said, there are honest, beneficial reviews of popular products from time to time which I have found very helpful. It is a great site in every regard. Give it a try. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed. I have been a member with Bonny prior to the Academy (Aug 2019) and a charter member in the academy at the beginning. I have never had an issue that was not addressed quickly and resolved promptly.

A fantastic community with so much support from the academy and from other members. I've been a member since January 2022 and have learnt so much in that time, I cannot recommend it highly enough, if you want to learn to draw in coloured pencil or improve your existing skills you will not get better tuition anywhere. There is also support for building confidence and advice on setting up as a business.

The variety of tutorials available, the wonderful community, the live sessions and so many extremely enjoyable and greatly beneficial things available in the academy make it worth while to anyone wanting to start drawing or perfect their technique in a positive and creative environnement

Bonny is a very good down to earth teacher. She teaches from the heart! I LOVE THAT!!!

I have now been a member for coming up to 4 years now . It has 3000% increases my art skills , I had not done anything art wise for 30 years and now feel very confident and has e done several commissions . It’s just one huge amazing family , built up by one woman’s desire to teach everyone , selflessly , wanting to show how she did it , from all aspects of drawing to business . She is very giving and is the best teacher and mentor we have all ever had . Plus her tutorial videos with the dogs in the background are so natural and funny , I also have some great books and tv program recommendations lol . This place is like a theme park for artists! There are so many wonderful tutorials and information of everything you would like to know! Everyone is so very kind and helpful. I highly recommend it!

I have been a member of the Ignite Academy for almost 2 years. It was the best thing I could've done for my art. I have used coloured pencils since the early 2000's and after learning all the tips, techniques and everything else Bonny teaches my artwork has developed so much that I've begun selling my work as well as creating a successful pet portrait business.

If you want to learn to use your colour pencils, you have found the right space and the most incredible teacher in Bonny. You can confirm that for yourself by following any of her many free tutorials online. That is how I signed up - after a tiger eye tutorial on 31sr December, 2023 - it was midnight for me. But a complete awakening in terms of what I could achieve if I studied under Bonny!

Yes, it’s not an inexpensive hobby because she does recommend some very expensive material. But she also offers options for the budget conscious learner!
