I see ads for supplements all the time

I see ads for supplements all the time, so I didn’t have high hopes. But honestly, I was pleasantly surprised. The package arrived quickly, the packaging looks great, and it actually tastes good too.

After the first month, I noticed I was sleeping better and had more energy during the day. Now that I’ve been using it for 3 months, I can just say it REALLY works! I’m impressed. Definitely recommend giving it a try.

They charge you money without your…

They charge you money without your knowledge and then claim they sent you emails about upcoming payments which were never received.

They do not issue refunds.

AVOID at all costs, very shady behaviour.

On November 4, 2024, you purchased “Tiger Sharp Mind” as a monthly subscription product, not a one-time purchase. This was clearly stated on our product page and again on the checkout page before you clicked “Pay now.”

Our system sends an email prior to each recurring shipment, allowing customers to cancel or make changes before any charges occur. According to our records, this notification was successfully delivered to your email address December 3. “Successfully delivered” means your email provider acknowledged and accepted the email, placing it in your inbox or a related folder — this is not something we have control over after it leaves our system.

You’ve stated you never received the notification about the upcoming shipment. However, the screenshot you provided yourself of your inbox shows emails from us on December 4 and December 5, which contain information about your upcoming delivery. Had you contacted us before December 9 — when the package was dispatched — we could have canceled the order and refunded you. You contacted us December 10. Unfortunately, once the package leaves our facility, we cannot stop it.

We understand it’s frustrating if you missed the cancellation window, but it’s not accurate or fair to claim we charged you without your knowledge. You selected a subscription product, and we followed the standard procedures you agreed to at checkout. It’s also not right to call our company “shady” or label us as a “scammer.” We have done everything transparently and according to our policies.

We always aim to maintain honesty and treat our customers respectfully. We understand that you’re upset, but we must address the language you’ve used in your emails to us. You resorted to repeated insults and profanity. Throughout this, we have remained professional and tried to clarify the situation. We ask that you treat our team with the same courtesy and respect that we extend to you.

While you’re free to share your dissatisfaction publicly, we hope potential customers will consider all of the facts. If you need assistance in the future and can communicate respectfully, we’d be happy to help.
