I've ordered two ND filters on Camerafilterstore.nl (child web-shop of bonjourmedia.nl). I received a completely different filter with different parameters (which I do not need). When calling the shop, the automated answer says to send an email, which they never respond to.
So, be careful, it is a SCAM! You'll just lose your money.
This is the first time that I have ever left a bad review for a company. Sadly, my experience is so terrible that I feel like other customers need to be warned not to shop here. I placed an order almost a month ago for a new lamp. I need the lamp for my work and it should have arrived in 2 days. After multiple emails and attempts to call (no one ever picks up the phone) I finally received a message 2 weeks ago that my lamp would ship Monday. Believe it or not I do still do not have my product! I sent an email earlier this week (Monday) asking to ship my product within a day or refund my money. In response to this email I received and message with a tracking number promising my lamp would be delivered by Tuesday. I keep checking the tracking number and postNL still hasn't received my package. I am absolutely flabbergasted by how unreliable and terrible the service of Bonjour Media is! It is crazy! Fingers crossed I will get my light or at least my money back soon.
