Toller Kundensupport
In der Bestellung hat ein kleines wash cloth gefehlt. Der Kundensupport hat sofort reagiert und das fehlende Teil nachgeschickt. Als ich das Paket aufgemacht habe, waren sogar noch zwei weitere drin in anderen Farben, mit einer persönlichen Notiz.
So fühlt man sich als Kunde gesehen, der Support hat tolle Arbeit geleistet und die Produkte haben mich ebenfalls begeistert!
Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder bei Bongusta bestellen, nur zu empfehlen!🙂
