My experience with the service provided…
My experience with the service provided by Bond Turner was terrible. I felt as though I was being messed around from start to finish. They appear not to keep track of the documents clients send, resulting in repeated requests for information that had already been provided. The process was painfully slow, with endless delays and poor communication. I would not recommend Bond Turner to anyone and would never suggest their services to friends or family.

Better homes to live in
Will what can I say but the experience was great always keeping me informed about what was going on and doing what was right for me and making saw that the work was being done by tower hamlets it's a same we have to do this to get jobs done in our homes but us older people need help to back us up it's not always about the money you get it's about having a safe home to live in we need people like bond Turner to speak up for us so a big big thank you to all the people that work there for your help kind regards anita staite

Poor Service
Such a poor service after a RTA in October 2025 involving me being hit from the rear, i was directed to Bond Turner who unfortunately did not deal with me in a professional manner. A firm who never spoke with me over the phone when contacted by myself, i was always told someone would call me back but it never happened. To add to this i was very disappointed with the outcome and i will in the future stay away from this firm.

I am extremely dissatisfied with this situation.
I am awaiting an immediate response and the prompt resolution of this matter.The process was completed on May 14th, and I even received an email asking me to evaluate the service provided, which indicates that, from the company’s perspective, the procedure had already been finalized. However, as of today, June 8th, my funds are still being held, and the payment has not been made.
Throughout the entire process, I promptly responded to all emails and provided all the information and documents requested. For this reason, I do not understand what is causing this delay or why the payment has still not been issued.
Whenever I contact the company, no one is able to provide me with a clear explanation or a concrete solution. I am passed from one representative to another, and my issue remains unresolved.
I consider this lack of transparency and support completely unacceptable. I urgently request a clear explanation for the delay and, most importantly, an exact date on which the funds will be deposited into my account.
I am awaiting an immediate response and the prompt resolution of this matter.

I had a bicycle accident in February…
I had a bicycle accident in February 2025 whereby a foreign white van rolled on my nearly new (expensive) specialized road bike. It took 15 months to get paid by the adverse party who was at fault. It was frustrating to say the least but Portia at Bond and Turner was a solid ally and fought my corner. We got there in the end. Would recommend them in general and Portia Dean specifically

on professional and useless 
My case took more than 3 years , the only job they did was asking for all my bank details, even they had more than me information about my account. I had very strong case but at the end they just paid me 2k and took the rest for gods know who and only because I trusted them and they could do anything because I gave them access. They closed my case without my permission so I couldn’t do anything else. Also they changed over 8 case worker and 2 solicitors
Don’t and I repeat DON’T TRUST THEM.
