What a SCAM biggest piece of cheap
Noisy crap that doesn’t do what it was advertised to do . Instagram Girls who are advertising this SHAME on you !! It’s the cheapest flimsy quality product that should not be sold!! Say they are based in Sydney then you get told coming from China warehouse- They should be SHUT Down

I got this for myself for Christmas and not only was it a waste of money but when it arrived the packaging was damaged as was the case I had purchased. Very little assistance with the help centre and they still haven’t given me an answer back as to a replacement for damaged items. Don’t waste your money, it also ships from China so “Sydney” is bullshit.

I bought a hair curler on 11th January when Bondi curls advertised on Facebook. Paid by credit card $120.Item didn’t arrive. I strongly believe it wasn’t even posted. Chased it up for a while but it wasn’t bought in Aust like I was led to believe - I got scammed. It said I would receive it in 5 to 7 business days got a message saying it was delayed then nothing.

Never received order, paid $120... which is a hell of a lot for me so I'm really upset. I ordered beginning of Jan and it's now March. I spoke to the team and they were initially repsonsive but then the email address cut off and no email's will now go through as I follow up. the website also seems to be down so I have no way to contact them or get my money back :( :(

I placed an order before Xmas as a present for my daughter. It was very delayed and I did not receive it until 10 days after Xmas. I ended up purchasing another so she had a gift.
I contacted their customer service department and explained. They were very obliging and asked for photos and to verify. They excepted the refund if I sent back at my expense of $20. I did so, they received my goods on the 17th January 2025 which I had to follow up. As a result I have not been reimbursed despite many emails and now they have blocked them. I am owed $150. It is a scam.
Very disappointing when I have little money as it is and upsetting to know I was taken advantage of despite what they quote on their website.
Do not purchase their product. It arrives in a plastic bag and smells of cheap plastic. Cheap and nasty. No instruction manual. Looks like I was totally sucked in. DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCT!!!!

I ordered the bondicurls in Jan 25, it was terrible plastic quality and not what is shown on their website. I emailed them for a full refund. They said I had to pay for the return postage which I did. It has been over 5 weeks they said that they will process my refund, and I still have not received it. Their emails bounce back and their website has been pulled down or they have blocked me. They are shonks DO not trust or buy.

I bought what I thought was a rotating hairstyler ($100) as that is how it looked in the videos but it transpired that it was just a hair dryer with a round brush and curling wand which is not what I wanted. So I contacted the company and got lots of lovely customer service emails back telling me to return the product ($30 postage) and they would refund my money. I have written to them so many times and still no refund 3 months later. So they have the product plus what I paid or it and it has also cost me the postage to retun it!. So buyers please beware of this company. They are in the Netherlands, not Sydney as on their website and when I said I would write negative reviews on every site I could find they have now blocked my emails.
This company is not only very, very dodg - it doesn't exist. Trying to complain to Consumer Affairs - Ican't find an ABN. So they are scammers!!!!! Beware!!!

I bought the 5 in 1 hairstyler and decided it wasn't for me. I bought it thinking that I could get a refund easily as their website suggested. That wasn't the case. I started the process as per instructions and this is when communication began to slow down. I emailed them for 2 and a half months seeking a refund but getting the same response that they will respond in 2 or 3 days and when they finally do respond, they say they are working on the refund. In the last email I sent them I stated that they had no intention of refunding me and that they were lying on their website and robbing people of their money as I had sent back the dryer. A couple of days later, I received the refund. I think I was one of the lucky ones. I definitely do not recommend you buy from this website. I do a lot of online shopping and have never experienced such terrible customer service. As far as I am concerned, this company is not legitimate.

Bad quality, cheap strong smell of plastic, the brush terrible quality for the price is a scam. I’m sure is one of those reselling shop buying cheap quality products from chine and reselling twice as much. If you want this cheap quality better go to buying Temu. I bought it because I got the name wrong with Bondi boots.

I ordered one, they sent me two. i got charged for two.
At my expense I had to send second once back for a refund. Now they have blocked my emails and I haven't received my refund.
Product was shipped directly from China and is not an Australian company as I thought, even came with a power socket adaptor because it doesn't have an Australian power cord.

I purchased after reading all the positive reviews which have turned out to be fake. I purchased and then it took such a long time to come
And came straight from china. The email correspondence was very quick with sending tracking ect. Once I received the unit it wouldn’t turn off. I asked for a refund which they said I needed to send back but I had to pay for the postage. I did this and when I sent an email to see where my refund was the email address no longer works nor does the website. Do not buy

It’s a scam, cheap quality materials, noisy and does not work at all. Paid high price for this item which is fake and the good reviews are fake.

Complete FRAUD and SCAM!!
I have FINALLY got a refund but only by pursuing it through my bank because i paid by credit card. It was a long annoying process. I did everything i was supposed to by the merchant but they never processed my refund. I sent them an email once the bank confirmed my refund.... and my email bounced back....
So they have blocked me on instagram for commenting on the postage time (prior to receipt of the products) and now they've blocked me for calling them out....
I hope they get shut down.
This is a chinese company who are sending out a cheap knock off product and posting misleading and deceptive material on their website. Do not be foolish and fall for it like some of us have.

Poor quality product flimsy and no money back satisfaction guarantee if you did try. Now website is "under maintenance " which I suspect is while they make up a few great reviews.
2 months 9 emails many excuses after the product returned and received ( at my expense ) more than 4 weeks ago. Contacting Consumer affairs

This product is Rubbish, don't buy it! Cheap and nasty, so loud it is offensive to ears. Not powerful at all, takes forever to dry hair. Absolute waste of money.

They are scammers!! I ordered from them and asked them to cancel my order the same day! But they still sent me the product saying that it is express shipping which was not! And once I get the product I have to send it back to them and they will refund me!! It's been a month since I am chasing there shit customer service but they always tell you that your payment is in process althoughi have sent there product back!. Don't buy from them the quality of the product is 3rd class. Save yourself!!

Warning to all!
Do not purchase. The worst experience I have ever had with a product that arrive very late and didn't work. A cheap looking product with no customer service at all. You have to chase them. Order on 5th December and received 21st December. Meant to be from Australia.?? It didn't work and it has taken nearly 2 months to get my money back. I will be putting in a complaint with the ACCC. I don't do reviews but this is to warn others. If there was than option not to rate I would have.
