Vital change of ownership documentation…

Vital change of ownership documentation was only issued to PEXA and various entities 12 months after settlement and only once I emailed to follow up as to why I still didn't have an account with my water company. Multiple ignored responses, no care, other than to claim that the water company is not being truthful but no proof provided.

You have been warned: If BOND Property Lawyers can muck up something as simple as sending a document to PEXA - just think what sort of issues a slightly less straightforward case might result in. With so much competition in this market, I absolutely wouldn't risk my money and trust with this business.
