This company is a joke. It took 3 weeks for the bag to be delivered. It cost £45 and was made of the cheapest plastic. It cost me £13 to return it and I still haven’t recieved my refund.
I eventually had to send the tracking number and lo and behold that number hasn’t been registered. I am furious

Absolutely the most underhanded and dodgiest company I have ever purchased from. Ordered 2 bags, within an hour of ordering they emailed saying products had shipped already, I thought this was great until I checked the tracking 2 days later and not only had they not shipped yet, the order hadn't even been processed. I immediately got a bad feeling and saw that their cancellation policy is that you can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it if it hasn't been shipped yet, by emailing me that it had shipped already gave me no opportunity to cancel, very sneaky tactic! Once the bags were shipped, more than a week after they told me they had been shipped, I received them and they both smelled like a mixture of fish and rotting animal, absolutely unbearable, so of course I wanted to return them. They gave me an address in Norway to return to, which is nowhere near them in Hong Kong and the cost to return was going to be half the costs of the bags. I asked for a different return address so it wouldn't be so expensive and they said no. Apart from the dreadful smell, one bag that was meant to be a light soft pink was actually a medium brown, nothing at all like the picture, the other colour was the same as pictured on their website. The other issue is that neither bags had the same finish as the items on their website. So both bags were clearly not as advertised and the smell was unbearable, yet they would not pay for return shipping nor would they organise the return shipping at a lower cost (even though the return was due to the items not being as described/pictured and them smelling of dead animals) BE WARNED - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

The website is easy to use and there's so many wonderful bags to choose from. It's actually hard to pick so I end up buying a few! The quality is top notch and I like that they are made from vegan leather. Will definitely be buying again!

Absolutely disappointing experience.
I ordered a wallet from this website, and the product I received looks completely different from the images shown. The quality is extremely poor — very thin, cheap, and far below expectations.
To make matters worse, they do not provide a return label and expect customers to pay international postage to Norway at their own expense.
I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering and risking their hard-earned money.

I ordered an item that never arrived. They refused to refund me saying it’s not their fault!?? So they have the item and my money which is against consumer law, when I pointed this out they said they don’t follow consumer law?? Diabolical company. Customer services is disgraceful and the same bag I ordered is on Shein for a fraction of the price, as is most of their stock so I would advise you to check Shein first before giving your money to this scam company with inflate prices that pose like they are a U.K. brand but refuse to follow UK consumer law - DO NOT BUY - AVOID - SCAM COMPANY BASED IN CHINA THAT BELIEVE THEY ARE ABOVE UK CONSUMER LAW. SHIPPING AND REFUND POLICY IS ABSOLUTELY DIABOLICAL AND SO ARE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICES - AVOID

After I decided to return a product that was slightly deformed during shipping, the team provided me with a voucher equal to the value of the original item, which I could use toward a replacement purchase, at the same time, I get to keep the original product!! :-)

The quality of the bags and the way customer service responded to me when I needed to make a return. Excellent service. Thank you Bond and Mason. I will shop again.

Ordered many other bags before and got toe within several days but was snowing lovely bags was quite shocked with finish but very nice bags so far I'm ordering others

Delivery was was quick and the bag is gorgeous, I was so happy with it i went straight on and bought another bag from BondandMason .

The bag I received was cheap, poor quality, and not what was advertised.

When I tried to return it, Bond & Mason demanded that I pay international return shipping costing almost half the item’s price.

They stated in writing that they do not follow UK consumer laws, despite selling and delivering to UK customers. This effectively forces customers to lose money for returning substandard products.

To make matters worse, you cannot leave product reviews on their website, so negative experiences are hidden from future buyers.

Buyers beware: if the product is poor, you will be left out of pocket.
