Received a wrong product, do not get my money back.
I have received a wrong product. So the company itself is to blame for this. Turns out: I am supposed to pay the return shipping costs to CHINA and do not get reimbursed. As a concession, this company offers me a discount if I keep the product. What is this? I received a WRONG product from you and now I should pay for the "damage" caused by you? This is a bottomless impudence. I will never order at "Bonbelle" again.

First time. Last time !
I bought a pant for 3 weeks.
This item arrived yesterday. I tried it almost immediately.
- Size L, ridiculously small.
- Legs, stupidly narrow, even if slim cut, you can hardly enter in, and it’s a nightmare to exit them out of the pant.
- Button to close the pant cannot go through the opening for it, or you have to force like hell.
- etiquette: 2x2 cm, made in china, brand BonBelle Paris not written on it nor nowhere, no washing temperature mentioned
- packaging for delivery: anonymous and miserable even not an invoice
