Totally Pissed off.

I have had Bonaire evaporative coolers for forty year and never had a problem, until now. my cooler BBM1350 worked a treat for the first year, after the winter shutdown I started up to have it serviced, It would not start. I contacted Bonaire who put me on to another company that did their warranty work, they let it out to another company in perth, I waited two weeks, a serviceman came out, he said the Motherboard was Kaput, fitted a new one, still didn't work, said the reciever was faulty fitted a new one, still didn't work, said it was the motor, fitted a new one, still didn't work, said the remote must be faulty and he would come back once he got the OK. He did not come back or contact me, so I rang his company, On Tap Services, they said a supervisor would contact me, He didn't, so I rang again and this time I spoke to a chap called Jack, he said this happens about every twenty callouts and I would have to contact Bonaire again to get another callout. after many phone calls, I have finally got an email saying they would contact me soon, still waiting. I am totally disgusted with Bonaire and their Maintenance teams, I have only had this unit just over a year so I am stuck with it, I would never again recomend Bonaire or their Maintenance People to anyone, at this time I am still waiting.

This company does not respond after…

This company does not respond after they've sold you something.Worse customer service I've had in 40 yrs.

They've based their sales company in Nevada and hired a group of incompetents who only respond when you threaten to cancel the sale with your credit card company. Then, they hang up on you . I've tried to communicate both here and Australia ..no luck.
