I've worked with a few counselors in the past. There were some good results, but I could never say that I felt clearly understood. With Bo this was markedly different. He not only heard me, he also listened, understood, processed and mirrored my reality back to me in a way that rang at least one bell per session. The goal of working with a coach or counselor is to understand oneself a bit better, so that one's thoughts, feelings and habits become a bit easier to grasp. We can then respond to ourselves in a more beneficial way. At 58 years old, I understand myself better than I ever have, due in very large part to my work with Bo. I can't recommend him enough.
