Scam from Barcelona airport
Hi,
Up until now, I had been satisfied with the service. However, during a recent trip in Spain—from Barcelona Airport to Sitges—I encountered an issue. The driver asked me to pay the highway toll (€8.40), explaining that it was not included in the price shown in the app.
After the ride was completed, I noticed that the final charge in the app had already been increased to include the same toll amount. In other words, I ended up paying the toll twice.
Please be aware that the price displayed in the app may not always reflect the final amount charged.
When I reported the issue to customer service, I was told that while they would take action regarding the driver, they could not reimburse the duplicate toll charge. According to them, it was my responsibility to know that the displayed price was not final and to avoid paying the toll directly.
This was a disappointing experience, and it’s unfortunate that a European company does not offer a level of service comparable to its american competitors.

Do not turn even when scheduled
Had a scheduled pick up for 10:30 to train station, checked the app could see the car was on it way. Then it stopped tried calling driver, then bolt helpline, helpline got back to me driver cancelled nothing they could do, not we have arranged another taxi, just left to our devices, even when I had explained we were catching a train Bolt were not interested. Terrible service, totally unreliable, would never trust Bolt if I was trying to make a connection to a plane or a train

The drivers are very polite and careful, maybe they talk to much on the phone. Everuthing else was realy fine.

It happens often that a bolt has…
It happens often that a bolt has accepted and then drives away in another direction or the driver accept and then unbook.
Many times it also takes long time that any driver accept to take the wanted drive.
My feeling is that is getting more difficult than before to have a bolt.

And sometimes when u think u found a nice car with nice price when u r checking out price changes.
Not often enough thats why its not noticeable.
Bolt scooters are amazing prices are a lil high but at least ride is always smooth and u know that breaks are always working.
