Have started using bolt more since they brought in the flex as before it would take ages to get a driver and then most of the time they would cancel. This service has made it so much better so hence why I am using more than uber now

in general i am satisfied, but yesterday 13.04. there was a nasty situation with a driver. I ordered the Bolt, the driver has been finishing previous order, then he drove in different direction and just stood in the same place. I asked him to come back and hurry up, tried to call him - he didnt answer. After 15 min he rejected the order. So I lost 15 min and waited for the next taxi other 15 min. I tried to write a complain, but without a number of the ride I could not submit it. I hope there are some consequences for such behavior.

I use Bolt everywhere I go – both at home in the UK and when I’m on holiday. I’ve recently been to Portugal and Cyprus and used Bolt in both, and it’s been consistently great every time.

The service is always extremely efficient, cars arrive quickly, and the drivers are friendly and professional. It just makes getting around so easy and stress-free wherever you are.

Couldn’t recommend enough – my go-to every time!

Bolt service is easy to use via the app, drivers respond quickly to ride requests, clean cars, friendly drivers, great pricing, will use again.

For me is important safety and easy to use together with price transparency. That is BOLT

Stupid company accepts rides takes payment then drivers cancel ride when 3 minutes away from job making us late for appointments searching for driver for last 25 minutes for one to accept amd them camcel

Everything are good, exceptional the price which was going up and up in last 5 years in Berlin.

Reliable and good prices , it does take a while sometimes until you can find a ride in comparison to their competitors hence the 4 sta.

Grab is better

This taxi company is 30% normal. You hire foreign taxi drivers who can't drive properly and don't know any language except their own. A complete failure.

12 th April admittedly new year's eve the service was atrocious. It took an hour to find a taxi.
Pick up times changed, fares changed, driver not available now,inflated fares etc

Terrible service. 3 days and my package is still missing with no clear update. Support gives generic replies and avoids responsibility. Even told me to report to the police instead of resolving it. Completely unreliable. Avoid.

Generally easy to use, friendly and efficient drivers, clean vehicles, smooth rides. Occasionally difficult to get a ride - would have one booked and then would cancel on us (even for rides scheduled in advance), making it less reliable for transport for time sensitive destinations (airport, train station, etc). App was easy to use and interface good for tracking the ride (before and after pick-up).

Excellent service, speedy pick ups. Very good value for money compared against the bus. I had a workshop on in town and my driver was so helpful and friendly. Helped load and unload my boxes for me

Bolt drivers support is the worst nightmare you could face.
-Unprofessional support team.
- Never give the right response to drivers queries.
-They never or pretend that never understand the drivers questions.
- They blocked the account without any justification.
-They lie to driver's, for them driver's are never correct.
-Price reviews never apply until further arguments are need it.
- They believe that they own everything in fact don't won anything.
- Authentic disaster Bolt driver's support team.

Smooth drive. However, on two occasions, drivers did not go to where we were.

booked a ride with Bolt from my son’s school, but when the driver arrived, he didn’t answer my calls or reply to my message. Instead, he cancelled the trip. I contacted customer service and explained everything, but they refused to refund me. When I called again, I was told the same thing, and one agent even hung up on me. I believe the driver deliberately ignored me, and I’m unhappy that my money hasn’t been refunded.”
