Excellent service
I ordered the beautiful Bols tulip glasses to be shipped to the U.S. the week before Christmas. I was shocked that they arrived 4 days before Christmas, and that all 6 arrived in perfect shape!
I recommend ordering from the Bols website to anyone who is looking for quality product and service.

Very easy and nice webshop.
Some improvements: If it is any issue on the order please reach out the customer as soon as possible, instead of waiting the customer contact you.
My order had to delay because you had run out from 2 out of 4 of the items, I ordered. This is understable but please reach out to ask what the customer prefers to happen with the rest of the order.
Though, you replied very fast when I send you an email asking what is the status of my order.

I haven't received my order
I haven't received my order. The delivery time was 48 hours. However, it's been 8 days already and I haven't received my cocktail kit. I ordered it to participate in a cocktail workshop, but I had to miss it as the parcel wasn't delivered on time.

The glass cocktailtubes were sent in an enveloppe. This caused the box to be damaged. It was a gift for a friend of mine. It wasn't very clear on the website where to enter the billing address and where to enter the shipping address. Immediately after I placed my order, I realised I flipped the addresses. I sent them an email (on Friday, the minute after I realised the mistake) stating the mistake, and I received an email back on Tuesday, when they already shipped the package. In the meanwhile, I had already sent them another email, asking them to switch the addresses. I then let them know that the box was damaged, and that it was unfortunate, because it was a present. I never received an email back. My friend liked the present though, that was a plus.
