I ordered medium for our sprocker to help him with the fireworks. Despite 'careful' measuring the chart recommended a medium size. The defenders arrived quickly as I requested for the New Year fireworks. I didn't know they existed until looking online for advice after Christmas and had emailed a request for priority delivery. I had a reply almost straight away confirming the defenders had been dispatched...Brilliant service. Unfortunately the defenders were a little bit too large but despite that seemed to work well and we had an almost stress free night of fireworks. The advice on getting the dog used to them until he was comfortable worked like a dream. It helps I guess that he's a good dog and well used to different games and experiences . So, as they were too large I emailed customer service who advised on returning and ordering the smaller size which I followed and received the small size a few days after. They fit much better and are happy with them. I am so impressed with the product and the service provided. Tom, you are a credit to the company and your attitude and commitment to the customer is 5+ 🌟

Never got order or a response
Ordered several weeks ago, they never arrived. Contacted support, they never responded. Seems like a scam product.
Edit 30/12: They finally arrived after many weeks! No response from support though.
They fit really well in the ear and cancel out sound. But they are hard to sleep with and i woke up with some ear ache. Maybe you get used to them though.

Not the quality they used to be !!
I ordered these a year ago and the quality was fantastic- I ordered a second pair this month and have just received them. The quality is poor compared to the last set. It appears you have gone for cheaper material and they don’t work. The sound blocking is poor and I’m really disappointed in this product especially when the last set was completely different. The reason I re ordered was the earplugs were over a year old and were a bit discoloured. Shame you’ve cheapened your product wouldn’t buy again and now need to source another supplier

I ordered motorbike ear plugs
I ordered the ear plugs for on motorbikes. They are excellent. Wasn't sure if they were working so turned my portable speaker up on the highest setting and put it beside my ear. My kids thought I was going crazy lol
I could still hear the music but it didn't hurt at all. Would buy again.

I have been using Bollsen Music SoundPRO ear plugs for piccolo practice to protect my hearing. They are superb. I can still hear enough to note the pitch and hear any verbal instructions but no ringing in the ears while or after playing. I recently ordered some more so I have spares. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong ones. Customer service at Bollsen were extremely efficient and arranged a free return label and despatched the correct ones within a day from me making contact with them. Incredibly fast response time from my emailing them.

Amazing
They claim you can use these things 100 times, but I've had mine for at least a year, and they're going strong.
The only quarrel I have is that they don't list the dB protection for each one (e.g., Life+ vs Moto+). That said, I can hear my phone alarm but can't hear my boyfriend's snoring, which is so loud that previously, we had to sleep in separate rooms, and with both doors closed down a hallway, I could still hear him snore, and now I can sleep beside him. I can't hear the cat's water fountain or even, indeed, the cat at night.
They occasionally do fall out. But they are a delight compared to the miserable foam earplugs from hell, which either don't make it into the ear canal, pop out of the ear canal, or don't work.

These ear-plugs do not provide any noise reduction. You may as well wear nothing. I have persevered with them for a week but I can still hear every little noise from outside. A waste of £26.95! The mouldable wax ones from boots that cost £2.70 work much better!

Costati 29,90€. Li ho restituirli avendoli provati ma con la spedizione a mio carico costata 10,50€ , la garanzia "soddisfatti o rimborsati" mi è comunque costata 10,50€.
They do not reduce snoring noise better than soft silicone earplugs, with the difference that a pack of four pairs costs €9.90.
Cost €29.90. I returned them after having tried them but with shipping costing me €10.50, the "money back" guarantee still cost me €10.50.

I bought the Lite+ AR KI TECH earplugs…
I bought the Lite+ AR KI TECH earplugs and have had the best sleep I’ve had in years. They take a couple of days to get used to but once your ears accept them they are very comfortable. Mine have also lasted longer than 100 days. Now on about 110.
Great customer service from this company, although I suspect they don’t work over weekends. Their replies are from real human beings and they do their level best to sort out any issues you may have. They’re also trustworthy in terms of returns. Love this company!

Worth Peservering
When I first tried the ear plugs they didn’t work. I then tried some that Bollsen made for me from a photo I sent of my ears. The first couple of times I wore them they still failed to mask the sound of my husband’s CPAP mask. However, I perservered and in the last couple of weeks I have had several nights where they really have shut out the noise and I’ve had a very good night’s sleep. It’s all about fitting them in the ear properly. I’m really happy and will order more.

Very flimsy!!! Certainly not worth the £27 price tag!!!! Have found them on Amazon for £13 but even that’s too much. They don’t work and feel it’s all just a rip off! Far better ear plugs that cost much much less. Would NOT recommend at all.

Waste of money, don't work
Been riding motorbikes 35 years. Always use disposable plugs. Thought I'd upgrade. What a mistake. These plugs are useless! They don't seal, fall out and offer no noise reduction. How can this company claim noise reduction? The material is super thin.

Ear plugs were not at all effective
Original ear plugs were not at all effective at blocking out noise. I was advised by customer service to pay for the ‘custom fit’ service with the assurance I would receive a full refund if these were also not effective. I returned both sets of ear plugs along with the cancellation form as these were no better, but when I chased up my refund was told my return had not been received. With hindsight I should have sent recorded delivery as the returns service did not include any pre paid or tracked delivery, it was simply at my own cost. Not a great experience and I’m out of pocket. Very disappointed. As I did not send these recorded delivery I do not have proof of postage so I have to accept the claim that you have not received my return.

When I recieved them I was extremely sceptical.
They appear to be thin, flimsy,silicone cone shaped earplugs.
I have been using them for 5 nights & I am somehow getting a better nights sleep.I sleep in an adjacent bedroom to my husband as he is a really loud snorer.While I do find the earplugs help,they don't completely drown out the noise & at that price I was expecting more of an improvement.
I don't think they are worth what they cost but the noise levels have decreased.
I would buy them again if they were cheaper but at the current price I'd expect better results for the price.

The earplugs themselves are not bad but they are not great either. A simple verdict would put them as overhyped and over priced.
My main issue is the amount of spam from the company. 'Maya' from Bollsen emails me 2 or 3 times a week. I have told the company to unsubscribe me more than a dozen times but they have done nothing about it. This has been going on for 5 months now and so I am letting the world know about their dubious practices. Beware !!
