Charges for subscription after cancellation
Cancelled my subscription over the phone 3 months ago because the website was not working. Saw today that I have been charged 299DKK three times after I cancelled. Contacted support (Camilla) which was super aggressive, does not read what I write, says they have no phone number, and just closed the support ticket without being done, and does not want to provide a refund. Reported to the consumer council and awaiting further actions.
