Charges for subscription after cancellation

Cancelled my subscription over the phone 3 months ago because the website was not working. Saw today that I have been charged 299DKK three times after I cancelled. Contacted support (Camilla) which was super aggressive, does not read what I write, says they have no phone number, and just closed the support ticket without being done, and does not want to provide a refund. Reported to the consumer council and awaiting further actions.

This is the worst f**ing subscription…

This is the worst f**ing subscription website I have ever seen. It charges you 9DKK for signup, which is fine, but then you cannot cancel your subscription straight up afterwards, due to bogus reason. Not to mention, the link to contacting a landlord redirects you to a link on DBA which does not even exist. I ask the mods on Trustpilot to not censor/remove this review, because it shows the real frustration most users must feel when they interact with this garbage. I don't understand how boligdk.dk are allowed to function. It's blatantly false advertising. Run away from this!

Haven't tried such a nightmare service before...!!!

The worst customer service I have ever had to deal with!!!! Absolutely nightmare!!! My subscription has been automatically renewed but I cancelled that within 24 hours since the automatic purchase, therefore, had a right to get my money back. Even though it is written in the terms and conditions of this company the customer service (Camilla) chose random excuses, why they won't return the money which doesn't belong to them. She even confirmed that I have the right to get my money if the cancellation was made within 24 hrs but where is the refund? Nowhere!!!! After 3 days of wasting my time on this ignorant customer service, I haven't received any reasonable proof or reason why they keep my money and didn't refund them. I am disgusted by these thieves to the highest level and definitely do not recommend to use their services in order to protect your own money!!

UPDATE: The ,amazing' customer service is ignoring the messages on purpose. They closed the case that I have no rights to get my money back and tried to flagged my review as non-genuine experience. I guess that shows what kind of company is this.

EDIT: My package has started 16.1.2021 00:02 and unsubscribed 16.1.2021 17:17. So Anja, Please check the case better next time before you answer. You have complete log of my activities where you can see that the account has been used after 16.1. only for contacting you to get my money back. Since then you have dedcided to lie and send random excuses.

Without doubt the worst portal to use…

Without doubt the worst portal to use if you want to find a new home. Not only do they post a bunch of apartments, that are already rented out - they also charge you a shitload of money. Don’t go there.

Untrustworthy and outright rude

I trialled it for 9dkk for 5 days, tried to cancel my subscription after before they charged me 299dkk. It wouldn't cancel and when I did manage to they already charged me for an unwanted subscription.
I contacted them on the day about it, and received an EXTREMELY RUDE response, telling me I was lying and it was my fault.
Totally rude, corrupt, money grabbers, and for nothing as there service was rubbish anyway - got ZERO help in actually finding a new home - just ripped off. DO NOT USE!!!!!

💕1. In our Terms and Service, which you confirm when you create your profile and when purchasing the product.
🙈2: On the page where you buy the product.
🥳3: In the confirmation email you receive, after purchasing the product.

The first period is 5 days, to try the service and see if you want to continue. However, you are responsible for unsubscribing yourself - just like any other subscription service.🐣👀

Waste of money

All the announcements take to an external link, which in 90% of the cases are taken from DBA… I do not get it why people should pay for a service that delivers only ads from other free websites…
Moreover, the announcements are not 100% correct, and the information is mostly wrong just so it makes people pay ….

Kept pulling money after cancellation, and tried to have my review deleted

First they kept pulling money from my account for 8 months after I cancelled my subscription. I emailed them and they were hostile. I left a negative review, and all of a sudden they pretended like they never saw my initial emails and wanted to refund me. I changed my review to neutral, and they reported it as fake and told Trustpilot I have never been a customer of theirs and never been in touch with them. Obviously my review is still here because I could easily prove my case to Trustpilot.

This website is a complete scam and the people running it are horrible, scamming and manipulative liars.

Edit 2: Again Boligdk have reported my review. For what? This review contains nothing but the truth. I have tried to contact them several times regarding them reporting of my review, but they don't respond. There is nothing untrue about this review so please stop reporting it.

Response to Boligdk: I emailed you when you reported this review as fake. I was scolded, told to go to hell, told I'm a crazy B who needs to calm down. I honestly was already struggling with anxiety and I had huge financial issues, and your stealing 4000kr from me and then being so mean when I complained made me really mentally ill. I cried for weeks and was so scared and sad. I politely asked for the phone number of a manager so that I could speak to someone properly and get a proper answer from you that wasn't agressive, but you were agressive and rejective through the whole thing. You are horrible people. Writing a happy and fun response to this isn't helping your case. You stole my money. Then you told me to go to hell and wouldn't let me speak to a manager. You should all be ashamed. You have been trying to report my review as fake at least three times. This is a very real review and my experience with you has been guesome.

Refunding the money you illegally stole from me is not giving good customer service. You stole and then called me bad names when I complained about it. If you wouldn't have refunded me I would have reported it to the police, as easy as that. You refunded my money because you knew this. You steal until someone notices, and then you pretend like you're good people for refunding the money you stole. If you continue to try to remove my review I will report this all to the police. I'm not scared and I will not back off when something this unfair and illegal is happening.

Fast and effective service. As a person from outside Denmark, finding accomodation in a new country is sometimes a stressful process, but Boligdk made it nice and easy.
