I had an excellent experience with BOLIA Customer Care. From the very beginning, Mikkel and Barbara were incredibly helpful, professional, and attentive throughout the entire process.
They handled the replacement of my mirror perfectly, kept me informed, and made sure everything was taken care of smoothly. The new mirror arrived today in perfect condition, beautifully aligned, and I couldn’t be happier with the result.
A huge thank you to Mikkel, Barbara, the Lausanne team, and the delivery team for their kindness, responsiveness, and outstanding customer service. I truly felt that I was in very good hands throughout the whole process.
This level of service really makes a difference and is one of the reasons I’m always happy to choose BOLIA. Highly recommended!

When I started to plan seriously both of them gave me advice and help. They worked together, coordinated their ideas and gave me as much of their time as I needed.

Great product, great design, great service all the way to my home. Only suprised that the wood delivered was very dried. Would have expected to have it protected more with an oil treatment.
