I was sent the wrong blouse it was a very costly experience for me
I was sent the wrong blouse.
It says on the site free delivery.
I live in England I had to pay £18 for delivery the £16 for customs
I have to send the blouse back because the wrong one was sent. I have to pay customs and delivery again.
I have had no reply to my three emails messages
I do like to support small businesses but I won’t be buying anything from this business again

Unfortunately, the item I ordered wasn’t actually available even though it was showing as in stock on your website. I did get a call from a lovely gentleman apologising for the error. My refund was in my account today. I will order in the future.

Fast and serious
The delivery to Fance was very fast (5 days including a week-end). The package is sufficiently sturdy, and fit well with a postmail box. You find easily the articles on the web site.
