I have been using Bold Uniq for a few years now and I love the effect it has on my hair. Not only does it leave it feeling soft, it gives my white hair the most lovely lilac tint. I am constantly getting compliments on my hair. I leave it on for 15-20 mins

Bold unique purple hair mask doesn't work!
I bought 2 of this hair mask and sadly was a waste of money. I tried the mask 3 times to see if removes grassy and yellow tones of my hair but doesn't work at all. Definitely I didn't recommend this product. Soooo expensive for nothing. So disappointed

I think this is a great product and have purchased many times from E-Bay however why is it so expensive to buy now. ?
Think I might have to look for an alternative.

Great products and prices. The only problem with Bold is their shipping is 3x the price of their competitors. Same number of uniforms:
Bold Price $196.88 + $53.88 shipping.
AWMA Price $178.89 + $18.58 shipping. Have called and emailed the company and sales representative and was told the new owners will not do anything about the price of shipping. I am comparing the same products with both companies. Ordering a 7oz uniform from Bold and a 7.5 oz uniform from AWMA. I hope they will do something soon to fix this problem. ☹️

Had problem with order and it was solved beyond belief

I love the product, but I have to say that the customer service is shocking. Ordered 2 bottles in the same order and only got sent one. Emailed 4 times and never got a reply.

Never trying another purple shampoo , this is the only one that i can actually say I see results . First wash and you notice the yellow/orange turning platinum . I get so many compliments when I use this on my hair

I like it..The best part about using it...I stopped dying my hair...However I go through conditioner fast, and it's getting expensive.Wish they would offer coupons or specials..Maybe think about making larger quantities/containers

I bought the purple shampoo in December, on a good sale. I was pleasantly surprised to see a guarantee for money back if you're not happy with the experience, as I found the results to be very underwhelming. I have multi-tonal blonde hair, with a darker undercolour. When I tried it, I left it on a substantially long time, approximately 30 minutes. I found it to work very well on the pieces that were already extremely light. On the golden tones, which is where I was wanting the brassiness muted, I found it did not do much of anything. I did not apply it to my darker undercolour. I reached out to the company via social media. No response through their Facebook profile. On Instagram, they responded the same day. Then, 4 days later (*after I shared a photo), they claimed it wouldn't work on the darker colours in my hair (*which I did not apply it to). They DID agree to a refund. I provided them with my order information. 2 weeks after that, still nothing. 6 days after THAT, they responded that they needed an address. Then nothing. That was on December 29. I have since sent another message on January 8 and again today, on January 29 with still no response. Definitely not satisfied with their customer service.

I leave it on longer to tint my white hair lavender. I get compliments every time I go out! Love this.

This is the by best hair product I have ever used. It truly works.

Love, love, love the results but the scent is too much - rather have a clean scent.

I found bolduniq a year or two ago when looking for an affordable conditioning hair mask. At that time, I think they only had this one product. I was so sold that as soon as they released other hair products I tried them instantly and use daily now. I love this brand!

I love this product because if I want my white hair to lose the yellow, I just wash with Bold Unique shampoo and use the conditioner. But what I really love is this! I like lavender hair, so I leave the shampoo in for 10 minutes before lathering. Then rinse and leave the conditioner in for another 5 minutes. The perfect lavender and I get so many compliments!!!

The products work! In fact I had to use them for less time than suggested. As stated in the easy to follow instructions, if your hair appears too purple, just rinse water! I’m especially pleased with the toner for in between shampoos!

Always count on Bold Uniq for a quality shampoo and conditioner for my silver gray hair. Cleanses and moisturizes and removes brassy tones!

Ordered the conditioner for a change but didn't do as well as the shampoo this company state full refund and alternative but although said they would they did not!

The purple shampoo and conditioner is awsome!!! Out took out a lot of the yellow tones in my hair and kept my blonde really blonde.....

You guys do a marvelous job in every way with every order!!!!!
