Item not delivered, despite withdrawn payment

I made a purchase on the website July 13th and received an order confirmation, in which it said that I would get a mail as soon as the item was shipped. A week later I still hadn't heard anything, despite the fact that they have withdrawn the money. I contact their customer support, but get no other reply than a confirmation that they've received my mail. Now it's been two weeks since I made the order and I still haven't heard anything, despite having paid for the object. I would avoid this website. They also lie on their site about their Trustpilot rating (I noticed this after).

Avoid! Bad customer service and bad quality products

Where to start...
I ordered 2 items from the webpage and they were supposed to arrive after a few days. They ended up arriving after 2 weeks and they came all the way from Spain for some reason, even if the company and I are located in Sweden!
The quality of the products was terrible so I decided to send them back. While sending them back I found out that the same products were sold on other websites for less than half the price!
I sent the product it's been 1.5 months (i had no tracking on it, unfortunately) but they claim that they didn't receive it so I never received my money back.
I tried to contact customer service multiple times and while I was texting them in English they respond in Swedish with some automated answers and don't have a phone to call...
Just avoid this scam!

Edited: Just look at the response I got from them... Still replying in Swedish with no sense answers...
p.s Thanks for confirming how bad customer service you have!

Edited v2: I bought it from boldliving.se not from another store, I don't know why you insist on that! Just the product was sent from Spain! I returned everything to the requested address in Sweden around half a year ago but I still didn't receive my money back. I already provided the orderId to your customer service and they said that they haven't received anything.

Everything was fine delivered on time…

Everything was fine delivered on time and super fast results,,problem I have is when I receive the package 📦 a lid was broken and on the right side of my ac unit was cracked wrote them on g mail and no response back ,bad customer service

Scam business

Ordered a bedside lamp mid June that I still havent recieved. The pick up point had recieved the goods but they were never announced due to clerical errors by boldliving and couldnt be claimed, but were sent in return. I wrote an email to boldliving on the 20th of July and still havent recieved a reply (today is 10th of August). This is some kind of scam business which i strongly recommend NOT to order from.

Edit: Contacted Kundtjänst 20 days ago, i’ve gotten no reply.

2nd edit: Got a reply after first edit so it seems they at least read their trustpilot reviews, even if that’s the only way to reach them. They blatantly disregarded the fact no notifications of arrival were sent out and lied, and gave no alternatives to a solution to the issue… no money back, no new attempts of delivery. Instead they tried to push freight responisibilites and the customer support claim onto the delivery company. This, despite Swedish consumer law clearly stating that the responsibility towards a customer of making sufficient delivery attempts is on the sender, not whoever the sender chooses to use as the supplier of the delivery service - since that is a deal between the seller and the delivery company.

Got a damaged article from Boldliving.se

Bought TWO portable AC from Boldliving.se.
One arrived in good condition BUT ANOTHER ONE WITH BROKEN LID.
I sent a complain (10297) to Boldliving.se customer service on 2nd July.
I got a response on 5th July from Kundtjänst, asking to provde more details of the damaged product.
I have supplied all the details, but not response after that.
Whenever, I asked for an update, I get an automated reply from customer service.
