Communication is awful! You state it will take a certain time to be made and shipped and it’s a month or more longer that your website says. The product is tiny it’s nice but very small a lot smaller that I thought it would be.

I placed an order on December 14th for a keychain, I received the confirmation for my transaction right after placing my order and that is it. I don't know if my product has shipped or if it was messed up because there is no information other than my confirmation email. I also messaged customer service right after placing my order to request switching from a keychain to a necklace (same price) because I didn't notice it until after I had completed the order and they never replied to me. It would be nice if they were better at communication.

Items were received on time and came out great! They were a gift for someone and they truly appreciated them. I bought two keychains! Lol

I ordered a present in the beginning of December for my sister based on the promise of shipping time of 5-7 days. When I ordered the first Keychain, I clicked on the link asking if I wanted another Keychain for a low price on the assumption it was a code for future use. Instead, it updated my order to two keychains of the same picture. When I immediately contacted the company to cancel the second item, I was told I could not because it was already processed. The best they could do for me is change the picture to a different dog. Since my sister had three dogs, I sent in a picture of her second dog and ordered a third key chain so she could have one of all three.

I messaged the representative several times over the course of the next two weeks, and he responded until I started asking for updates on shipping. I then got the generic email saying that they were overwhelmed with orders and it was going to take longer than they anticipated. I asked (again) for an update on my order three days ago with no reply.

It has been a month since I've placed my order and at this point I am just going to dispute the charges with my bank and move on. It is a nice concept, but poor customer service and poor execution. Reading reviews, it seems as though I am not the only one who has been scammed.

Placed an order on 11/24. I was told it would ship in 5-7 business days. When I emailed they said they have a surge in orders and it would be a little bit longer. On 12/19 they created a shipping label. Did not ship. I have gone on their social media pages leaving comments trying to get their attention. No response. Tried to call their number. It goes to voicemail. On all my email correspondence one name is used at the top and another at the bottom. As well as different fonts and sizes. I can tell this website is a scam. I have contacted my bank to dispute charges and the BBB

It has been over a month since I ordered and I still have not received my order! I hope when it finally gets here it will be worth it and not a huge hassle to return if not.

I received little communication regarding my products, which I have yet to receive. It was only when i reached out that things were pushed forward. That is not good business practice. I was quoted 5-7 business days for delivery. That was on the 18th of last month. I understand that the mail service can be slow but this is a little much.

The key ring is a perfect replica of our Baily. Its so beautiful. My husband will love this when he receives it for Christmas.

Ordered it a nearly month ago. Still haven’t received it. Requested to cancel my order no response. Now they say product has shipped but no tracking number or anything. Will be disputing this charge on my credit card.
