Bedankt voor je review.

Wat vervelend om te lezen dat je dit zo hebt ervaren. We lichten de situatie graag toe.

We hebben meerdere keren geprobeerd de levering bij je in te plannen. Helaas kwam dit vier keer niet uit qua planning. Vervolgens heb je zelf aangegeven de bestelling te willen annuleren.

De terugbetaling is reeds verwerkt via de oorspronkelijke betaalmethode, nog vóór het plaatsen van deze review. Mocht je deze nog niet hebben ontvangen, neem dan gerust contact met ons op, dan kijken we dit direct voor je na.
