Slow and useless causing financial harm when you least need it
They wrote that applications that are not paid won't be processed, so I told them to ignore one they claimed would take 8 months to process, and submitted a different application replacing it. Weeks later, they had not even started on the new application that was signed and paid, because the old one that I told them to ignore had not been paid. Now I can't get any income to pay my loans until these ****** figured out how to ignore a canceled application. Not allowed to do bussiness, not allowed to get any type of welfare.
