I paid € 126,71 for an article sold by TP Shopper via Bol.com. A few days later , the article was not deliverable anymore , although I got a message from the transporter company ( PostNL ) that it would be delivered when the packet was received by them. I never received the packet , and my money was neither refunded onto my bank account.

Terrible, we were selling on BOL, they closed our account for no reason and still charged for account fees.

I had a really disappointing experience with bol.com.
I ordered a brand-new 65” TV, but the one I received was clearly opened and didn’t look new at all. When I contacted customer service, they told me I could return it, but they wouldn’t replace it with a new one.
The problem is that I bought it during a promotion, and now the price is much higher. So basically, if I return it, I have to pay more to order the same TV again.
I expected a simple replacement for a product that wasn’t delivered as advertised. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case.
Not a great experience for such a big platform.
Worst Experience Ever – Avoid Buying From bol.com
I have never been this disappointed with an online purchase before. bol.com has proven to be the worst website I have ever ordered from, and I strongly advise everyone to never buy any product from this site.
I ordered what was supposed to be a brand‑new 65" TCOL TV. Instead, they delivered a used TV—clearly opened, handled, and absolutely not new. When I contacted their customer service to fix this unacceptable mistake, their response was beyond frustrating.
Instead of replacing the TV with the new one I actually paid for, they told me that I could only return it, and that replacement was not an option. Even worse, the TV was originally bought during a sale, and now the price is much higher—but bol.com still refused any replacement, price correction, or compensation. Basically, their message was: “Return it if you don’t like it, but we won’t fix our mistake.”
This kind of customer service is completely unacceptable. If a company sends a used product instead of a new one, the least they can do is replace it with what the customer paid for. Instead, bol.com leaves customers stuck without any real solution.
Terrible service. Terrible policies. Terrible experience.
I will never order from bol.com again, and I highly recommend that others avoid this website as well.
Gift card refund delayed despite return being received
I returned an item that was paid for with a bol.com gift card.
bol.com confirmed that the return was received, yet the refund has still not been credited back to my gift card balance.
Customer support keeps referring to a generic “14 days” timeframe, even though this is not a bank card refund and there is no technical or legal reason for such a delay once the return has been received.
What makes this worse is the lack of clear communication and accountability. I had to argue just to get basic information, and no concrete solution was provided.
As a customer, I should not have to fight to get my own money back.
This experience has seriously damaged my trust in bol.com, and I am very unlikely to use the platform again if refund issues are handled this way.

Delivery delays, useless customer support
The company promised next-day delivery, but it's been over a week and still no update from the seller or Bol itself. When contacting customer support, they always promise to resolve it within a few days, but then the next support agent contradicts the words of the previous one and says that it's going to take extra days. And as a cherry on top, if you want to raise a complaint about the support agents, they tell you that the only way is to send a physical letter to the Netherlands. This shows you that their only goal is to obstruct the refund process instead of actually providing customer service. I would strongly advise against buying from them and would rather pay a little extra for legitimate companies.

BOL.com used to be a marvelous place to buy. Nowadays, it is nothing more then Ali Express in Holland. Full of low quality Chinese junk, lousy service and plain scammers charging premium prices. Pushing stuff on you goes good, but everyhting after that has become one big clusterf#k

Useless. 1 day promise becomes 11 days and afterwards 7 days delay in repayment. They tell me it’s not them but postnl. Yeah, i do not have a contract with postnl, you do. I have a deal with bol.com. If postnl is the issue, pick a different service. Also a lot of dropshippers on this site
Didn’t accept the retour
Didn’t accept the retour because the article was not in the parcel. To resolve this I was recommended TO PUT THE ARTICLE INTO THE PARCEL. No shit! I did that. How about you check security cameras at your retour department?
This NEVER happens to me so it was stolen in transit (bpost) or at bol itself. Can be easily done with a small product like earphones. Also the reason was not available in my account so I had to call. Will never order here again.
Beware of their Select membership!
Even after cancelling the free trial, they still charged me €14.99 without my consent. It feels like a scam — no transparency, no accountability. Their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. Compared to Amazon, this company is a total letdown. Amazon handles things much more professionally and respectfully. Avoid this leech of a company at all costs!
Extremely Disappointed
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the blinder I purchased . Clearly and concisely described the issues with the product, including specific defects or problems i encountered.To make matters worse, your company's handling of my complaint has been completely unacceptable. I contacted customer service on regarding this issue. Each time, I was met with long delays and a frustrating back-and-forth communication process that seemed designed to avoid actually resolving the problem. Instead of addressing the defects in the product, i representatives repeatedly tried to push for a refund, which does not resolve the issue of the defective product.
I am writing this review to warn other potential customers about the poor quality of the product and the complete lack of support provided by seller nor the customer service. I strongly advise against purchasing this product.
NOTE: This is the first time bol.com customer service were not fare and unprofessional.

On 20th February i ordered something on bol.com worth 999 euros. After two weeks I didn't get my parcel and Iam unable to contact anybody from bol.com. there chat bot opens just ones, after that never opened. No contact what so ever.
Shitty platform
Unhelpful customer service. Bol.com does not take responsibility for the service they provide and blame it on their partners. Will not be using the platform anymore and will instead exclusively use Amazon or order directly from bol.com's partners' website.
