I contacted BOKYNA after a manufacturing issue with my sandals. I absolutely loved them so and hadn’t had them for long or worn them much, and reached out. BOKYNA were amazing, they got straight in contact with me and sorted the issue. They apologised and offered me a new pair which were shipped straight away. Best customer service I’ve ever had with any company, definitely buy from here! And I’ll be buying another pair 😊

I bought sandals for wide feet (brown with white); I have a size 38-38.5 (and very wide feet), I took 39 and did not go wrong - the sandals are just right for me in length and width, they look good, they are light, flexible enough. I had one doubt - that the ropes would rub my little toes, but somehow they do not rub. The only thing: the sandals sit a little loose on the feet when walking, this is unusual, but not critical; I've ailready walked for a long time several times, and it was ok for me. In general, I feel comfortable in these sandals, nothing presses, rubs or swells, my feet are not hot.

The shoes look exactly the same as the pictures. I love that they are super confortable and perfect for when you need to walk all day.

Ordered two pairs of sandals, received them in a timely manner, but they were both too big (even though I used their sizing calculator).

I reached out to initiate a return, received a prompt response with instructions. Turns out you have to pay to ship back and reorder in a different size. Ok, annoying, but I really wanted the sandals so that's what I did.

Followed their very thorough instructions, making sure to not miss a step and sent the sandals back with tracking. Tracking verified that the package was received by the company on May 15th, 2025. And what do you know, still no refund in my account.

When I email for an update, no response.

Just do the right thing and refund people when they send back the product. You could even do one better and provide free returns for your products. A better business model would be to provide great customer service, and create a loyal customer base.

To top it off, the sandals aren't even that comfy. I'll keep the second order I received, because I'll wear them sometimes. But I couldn't see myself willingly wearing them for a full day of walking. Your feet would be dead.

Love the barefoot design and the sandals look so cute! Keeping my eye out for some white ones!

These are my new favorite sandals!!! They are so well made! And soooo comfortable yet also super cute and stylish. I'm literally obsessed with how they fit. I'm glad I took advantage of the buy one get one half-off when you had the sale!!

My pair of Bokyna sandals arrived pretty fast. They are beautiful and comfortable and really provide this extra space for the toes that regular sandals don't have (I chose a barefoot model). The summer season has not yet started where I live so I haven't had the chance yet to wear them outside.

I have wide feet and also they sweat a lot! The size and the cork material are amazing for my feet and can walk with ease during the hot season. Takes a minute to put the sandals on but easy to wear.

I had problems with my delivery but they helped me out very fast. I have sensitive small feet but the fit of the sandals are great. Thanksss

I love this sandals!! I would like more wide options, but I don't care. They are very comfortable and so ergonomics. I'm sure I'll buy more.

These shoes actually fit my very wide feet. Many shoes that say they're wide or even extra wide aren't, so I usually have to size up a whole size. I looked at your size chart and it seemed that the size 8 would fit perfectly. BTW, thank you so much for showing the length AND the width of the shoes. Many companies do not show the width at all.
I decided to take a chance and order two pairs of the Freedom, in black and tan. They arrived quickly and fit PERFECTLY!
The only thing I wonder about is - will the cords stretch after wearing the shoes? It says in your ads that they're adjustable, but I don't see any way to adjust them.
I wear barefoot shoes mostly, but since I didn't know if they'd fit, I didn't order the barefoot style. I would like to get some in the future.

Delivery was fast and perfect. I'm really super happy with the quality of the product and those are super comfy and nice. I'm happy that I finally I decided to buy 2 pairs of it to fit any of my outfits 😁

These sandals are great! I just purchased my 2nd and 3rd pair. My first, I purchased last year to go on a trip to Italy. I walked all over northern Italy without any discomfort. I love that these can get wet and not compromise the comfort or damage the shoe. These don’t require a breaking in either, comfort from the beginning!

The only thing that I wasn’t overly excited about was the price…more color options would be great too. Otherwise, so far I’m very happy with my purchase (weather hasn’t quite cooperated yet for me to truly test out my purchase though)

After reading some reviews I put off ordering. But then something told me I want to find out myself. Summer is still on the way where I'm living but I've tried my sandals on at home and I'm very pleased for having gone with my own gut feeling :) Can't wait to wear them outside! They really look and feel high quality.
