Great fit, nice colors and I like the comfort of the sandals. The delivery was smooth and the communication clear enough. A little delay in the delivery time but nothing too dramatic.

I bought one pair recently and everything went smoothly. There was a slightly delay with the delivery and customer service was very responsive, which is not always the case.
The sandals are very comfortable and very pretty. I was worried the strings would chafe my feet a bit, but they’re adjustable and didn’t irritate my skin at all. The quality seem really good, and I didn’t have any pain even after walking in them for quite some time.
I will probably consider buying another pair next summer!

I love these shoes. I bought the original shoes and they are so comfortable. I recently go the arch support ones and the straps were hurting a bit, but I think when they soften they will be great. I wish I could afford a pair in every colour!

The sandals are beautiful and well made. I am still adjusting to putting them on and haven't quite found the right spots yet but hopefully I'll get there.

Love the look of the sandals. They are very comfortable and I have walked quite far in them with no problems which for new sandals is amazing.they are a bit fiddly and tight to put on but once on they are good, I ordered my usual size and found them a bit small but still usable.

Having bought a pair of Soulmates last Summer, and having been very happy with them, I decided to purchase 2 more pairs for this Summer: the new Elevate model (on sale), and a Seastar.
The irony was, that after my new pairs have been shipped from Germany, my older Soulmate sole started splitting between the 2 rubber layers, showing the poor durability of these sandals.
After receiving my 2 new pairs, I was again very happy with their looks - simple, yet elegant, this is definitely Bokyna's strong point.
I decided to keep the Seastar pair, as my Soulmate sole was glued with super glue and it seems to be holding on so far.
However, the Elevate design is totally flawed, as I later discovered after reading other reviews: it is beyond uncomfortable. The straps are very tight, even on my slim feet, and the elevated rubber sole borders seem to press the straps against the feet, making them rub onto the skin and create red marks (I'm pretty certain it would very quickly create a nasty blister if used for any length of time). I have a very strong suspicion that the Elevate models are for sale because of this design flaw, which has left me with a bitter impression about this brand.
As again mentioned in many other reviews, Bokyna's return policy is non existent, and the price to post the item back to Germany cost 1/3 of the price of the product.
I'm currently still waiting for a refund, having posted it back 13 days ago and checking that it had been delivered to the returns address 5 days ago.
I also found impossible to leave a negative review on their website, as it needs to be scrutinized (and filtered) by them - really appalling way of deceiving their customers!

There was an issue with my order, customer service was great and very helpful. I've been wearing them ever since I received them and I Love them! Stylish, comfortable, the size fits right, and have received a few compliments.

Always a little leery buying from tic tok shops, have been burned in the past. Not this time, experience was without stress and shoes arrived in good time.

My first order took awhile to ship but customer service looked into the issue quickly and made sure to get my sandals from me. I loved my sandals so much that I ordered myself two more options as well as a pair for a friend who struggles to find shoes wide enough to fit. I love these shoes and wear them a ton!
