Expensive error no compassion

I have a booking with them which is non refundable. However I have asked for a full refund as there is no garden and I have 2 dogs I must off accidently booked by mistake and I have given them 5 months notice to relet the place. After several attempts to ask them for refund and being declined I asked for a compromise but they are just ignoring my emails and I’m stuck with a holiday I don’t want due to my dogs needing a garden and £1632 out of pocket !

Response slow but resolved eventually…

I needed to ask for a refund and got so frustrated with how long they took to respond to e mails, having to call a complaints line and only being able to speak to a robot. ..eventually however, i was able to speak to a human being who promptly resolved the issue so perseverance paid!

Bad company

Guest complaining there was no window in the room, despite we do not have rooms without windows.
All rooms have big windows, even the bathroom.
Asking booking.com to remove the review, but they refused.
So it's allowed to lie for the guests and give bad rating, which drops my average rating drastically.
Shitty company!

False flight prices, takes money then cancels flights

I have used booking.com regularly but recently in their flights section when completing booking a flight, it seems there is some sort of illegal practice. I was booing a flight for my family, a of four. I am given a total, which I agree to. I enter all relevant details names etc and press next. I then put in my card details and confirm again. It then tells me the price is now more. So I agree to the higher price which it then gives me confirmation on screen of this, but shortly after this it states that they are sorry they could not book our flights.I then receive 2 emails stating that the original booking at the lower price has been cancelled and I should receive a refund. The other email states that the booking at the higher price has also been cancelled and I will be refunded. My credit card states only the original price is being refunded and the other higher price is pending. I try to contact booking.com but they say we should try again but we have explained we tried over several days, then they say the fault is with the airline. My credit card now has doubled with the amount of transactions.
My wife has tried booking this flight several times on different days on a pc and tablet, and this has happened to her, so this is not a fault on our end. Why do they advertise and confirm cheaper prices then deliberately cancel the booking but take the transaction and later refund and then do so the same immediately also for the higher cost and cancel. We are at this moment waiting for a refund for the higher 2nd booking.

Nonexistens and terrible customer…

Nonexistens and terrible customer service.
Booked a hotel in Berlin. The stay was booked in december when the World was a lot different from now.
Now with corona crisis booking.com offered me that I could cancel my booking free of charge, but no the hotel wouldnt return my money. And booking either didnt answer, sent an auto reply saying contact the accomodation or asked for screenshot of the payment ( which I sent five times without getting an answer ).
No responses on Facebook or only stupid standard answers with no actual help.
Suddenly I Got an e-mail saying the hotel agreed for a refund and Will transfer my money back. But oh, when I checked with the hotel, they never agreed to that and still refuses to let me cancel and get my money back, so the mail from Bookin.com was just another Lie and another way of delaying Everything again and again.
One Big scam, who gives nothing about the laws and costumer service.
Never using Them again
