Quick response and excellent customer service

This time the purchase was disappointing. The hijab was without the tag which had me wondering if its new or used piece.
Would really recommend them to improve their packaging . The boxes received were in pathetic condition. I intend to gift these hijab but the condition isn’t one that be used for the purpose.

I was nervous about the size but it fit perfectly! I ordered 2XL. It is true to size just make sure you measure yourself bbefore choosing the size. The shipping was seamless and the quality is PERFECT 😍😍😍

Good costumer service and good quality products.

Order placed on 2 March 2026 and still undelivered. No accountability, brand has replied to complaints saying once handed over to courier it is not their responsibility, it is not possible for them to track the order. No communication is initiated for complaints and no tracking details are given on time. The actual whereabouts of my order costing 10,125/- is still missing. Completely irresponsible management. Multiple follow ups and no response. Also dismissive attitude where POC says "You may order or leave it". Experience extremely disappointing as I had ordered for Eid and both my orders were impacted by their poor courier choices and courier aggregator who doesn't reply to the brand POC as well. I was made to talk to the courier aggregator to make believe that it is a courier mistake, whereas it is the brand responsibility to build a good logistics network. The brand is run by irresponsible people who have all the time to write long explanation emails but lack the ability to resolve the problem on ground. When asked them to cancel the delayed order and issue me a refund, their reply was refund will be issued when the physical order reaches back to them. How can any brand reply like that for a prepaid order of a customer which they failed to deliver on time??? The brand needs to serious reprimanding by consumer redressal forums for their audacious behaviour towards customer service.

Love your scarves and shipping was quick just one drawback is that we have to pay duty when receiving your products which makes the scarves more expensive… you need to open a store in Saudi Arabia so that we don’t have to pay so much duty
