I knew I should have stayed away from this website. From the get-go, I noticed information was missing. There was no way to contact anyone from this company unless you made an order. I placed a pre-order that I wanted to cancel a few months later (keep in mind there was more than 1 month left before the actual product was released) because of sudden financial difficulty. I was told that they could not do cancellations, but only store credit. Once I receive the item, I was welcome to email them back so they can arrange a return.
Well lo and behold, I've been trying for 2 weeks now to get a hold of someone. Each time, they pretend like they're going to help, but then I am ghosted right when I mention the word 'return.' I can't even do a chargeback either because it's past the 60-day period.
There is a reason why certain small business always remain obscure for their entire duration of existence. I would stay FAR FAR away from this site and use other places for your TCG needs.
