Fails to fix network equipment…
I've had no internet for about a third of the month and I keep calling for a status on when it will be fixed and I just get told "they are working on it". There's a lot of stuff I need to get done around this time and these guys got in my way substantially by not fixing their equipment. I'm leaving the army soon so I'm in between a rock and a hard place with this... screw boingo

Good Service Overall!
So far I haven’t had any internet issues. The only issue I could name is my YouTube and streaming services lag after a while. But that may be a fire stick issue.

Pretty good WiFi overall
Really fast wifi speed, rarely any disconnects except for a few times but it usually resolves itself within the hour. I've had no problems and am pretty satisfied overall.
