Boiler Plan is highly recommended! From start to finish they were amazing. From the video survey done by Graeme, Donna who we spoke about and confirm installation dates to the installers Amit Agheda, Matthew and Aaron who were all very friendly, knowledgable, tidy and professional.
However I would like to give special thanks to Amit Agheda who was with the project from start to finish. Our combi boiler was a new install coming from warm air heating and if this was not hard enough, the install revealed a few difficulties on the way due to flooring etc but Amit dealt with all of this with patience and determination. He is very honest and explained everything to us. We have observed that he works as if it he was installing it in his own house so he was careful and planned things very well. He goes above and beyond his duties too by giving us advise along the way and helping move furniture around.
Having any work done in your house can be a hassle but Ahmit, Aaron and Matthew made it worthwhile by doing a job well done and an excellent install!!

I was able to get a very quick appointment for a survey. It was all done remotely so no issues of COVID-19 safety. The video technology is extremely sophisticated now so the surveyor was able to get a good look at every aspect of where the boiler was being fitted, what was already fitted in and what needed to be added, in order to give me an accurate quote of exactly what needed to be done and how much it would cost. My boiler was sorted out by the end of the video meeting by a very helpful surveyor, who made the process extremely pain free.
The appointment to get my boiler fitted was arranged promptly.
I cannot praise the engineer, Amit, who fitted my boiler enough. He spotted a couple of issues as soon as he got to my flat to fit my boiler but was not phased by them. He did an excellent and very professional job rectifying mistakes made by past engineers. He went above and beyond to make sure that my boiler was fitted correctly in a timely manner. I can say that I am truly comfortable knowing that I will not have any ongoing issues with the work done to fit my boiler.
Even communication with customer service and administration has been exceptional.
5 stars well deserved all around.

Total scam
The guy turned up first words were this isn’t a hard sell
Second was can I get on the roof to take pictures of flue.
Was more of a survey than an attempted to repair.
I requested two written quotes.
One detailed quote showing the required repair and costs
A second showing the price for a new boiler install.
Almost two weeks later all I have had is a voicemail (the same day as the so called attempted repair).
The message was told me that they want to talk to me about booking a date for my new boiler install.
No quote for either request
Spent 20 minutes total at the property
Close to putting the payment in dispute for not providing the service paid for.

Excellent. Great communication. Bought date forward to help. Simple installation. Left everything clean and tidy. Just expensive - but that’s boilers fro you!

Despite 3 telephone calls and assurances given to return call no contact was forthcoming regarding Eco 3 scheme

It would be impossible to praise Aaron too highly for his approach to, and execution of, the fitting of our new boiler. He worked with absolute professionalism and paid impressive detail to attention. Any unforeseen problems that arose, he dealt with and solved with the minimum of fuss. Just as importantly, he has a very congenial manner and is good to be around, which a definite bonus when there is a previously unknown person working in your house. In short: he is a very capable and fine young man who is a great ambassador for Boiler Plan.

I am quite happy with the purchase and installation process and the boiler has been working perfectly to date.
The online survey and assessment were easy and reassuring, hence communication was clear and precise with various payment methods.
I wish to recommend to anyone out there in need of a boiler to contact the Boiler plan group.

Looked at several companies and quotes to take out my old back boiler and instal a combi system. Boiler plan were the most competitive but this did not impact on quality of product or service.
The prices was smooth and seamless from start to finish, from speaking with engineer as to my boiler needs and setting up the finance.
Liam (plumber) did a fantastic job in fitting the new boiler and in working with me around pipework and such as to fit in with my renovation work.

Had to have some pipes modified after initial install . Aaron came and did the job cleanly and quickly, and then had to be called back due to another issue. Again, he sorted the problem out very professionally. Very polite and knowledgeable. Thankyou

Very good experience from fitting of new boiler to maintenance schedules. Had a slight issue with the thermostat that was resolved very quickly. the fitter was very helpful and went out of His way to help. I would definitely recommend boiler plan if you need a new boiler,

From start to finish I felt I was in the capable hands of a company who knew what they were doing, they took all the stress and decision making away from me. I had several quotes one slightly less than Boiler Plan and 3 that were more. Getting the cheapest quote wasn't my main priority, I was undecided whether to change my original 'heat only' boiler to a combi,or whether my system needed a chemical flush etc;
I did a WhatsApp video call with Wendy Lynch, Wendy was very professional and guided me through everything and explained the process. within a couple of hours my quote and boiler recommendation arrived by email.
I just had a good feel about Boiler Plan and I wasn't disappointed with my choice.
I contacted Wendy and she talked me through the type of boiler they would fit, when the job would be done and exactly what they would do. She also took me through all the payment options, once I decided Wendy sorted everything out. On the day of fitting, the engineer Chris Day, arrived promptly. Chris was extremely hard working, very efficient, polite and simply 'got on' with the job. There was quite a bit more work in changing my boiler from heat only to a combi, but Chris planned the job and completed it in good time without fuss or mess, he also ensured we knew exactly how the boiler operated before he left.
I was contacted a couple of times by Boiler Plan to ensure I was happy with the whole process. I was also given a 10 year guarantee on the new boiler and offered a maintenance plan that covered the whole of my heating system, including parts and labour for £96 per year (£8 per month) incorporated in that price was an annual service, absolutely brilliant value for money and for peace of mind and worry free for the next decade.

Excellent customer service from amit and Aaron who attended my address today well over 100 miles away from their home to preform an excellent job that should of taken two days. They managed to complete it in one day to a high standard.

I had a new boiler installed by this company and Amit executed the job professionally. I was amazed by his work ethics and how he dismantled my old boiler, tanks etc singlehandedly is a surprise to me. I was expecting two engineers but I was stunned by his diligence and professionalism. He is a great asset to the company.
