Fantastic service through out,everyone were friendly and efficient, would definitely recommend this company.

Such an excellent service from Amit and Arron who came to install the new boiler. On Tuesday, the 12th October, both of them worked very hard to get as much as possible to install the boiler and on Wednesday, the 13th, Amit came to finish off the job. Amit kindly explained everything I need to know in detail on how to use the Honeywell Thermostat. He cleared up everything and made sure the rubbish in the front part of the property was cleared before he left. Extremely happy with everything.

New boiler installed by very professional engineer Jack. New pipe work neatly and expertly installed, all work areas cleaned. Excellent customer care, very pleased.

At a time when CH engineers are scarce, I was offered a fitting appointment 3 working days from purchase of my Baxi Boiler. Very competitive price. Survey performed with technician over ‘WhatsApp’. Engineer turned up on time and the installation was very smooth (even though there was a lot of work re-routing pipework). Engineer was great, very clean tidy and amiable.
Would definitely recommend.

first this company give me a fair quote £2291. Sent them photos like they said. Then I get a phone call saying they need scaffolding???? And the price of that scaffolding was going to be £700 to install the flue. I live in a normal two story house. Then they added more money on for extra work grand total of with interest £4053. Now I have gone with a different company for literally half the price for the exact same boiler how do you work that one out??? Apparently this company is well known for adding extras on at the end and I wonder how many people fall for it?

First made contact with BoilerPlanUK from seeing an advert on Facebook. Got passed on to a surveyor straight away called Wendy who had been amazing. From doing a remote survey via video to giving us helpful advice on making decisions on what we wanted. Engineer arrived on time, very polite and professional and left everything clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend! 5*

Boiler was condemned, Boilerplan Made contact (through Domestic & General boiler insurers) - initial video check and consultation with Gary, heating engineer, was easy and thorough. Several options provided based on our household needs - no pressure to buy with them. Having consulted another company, I chose to go ahead with Boilerplan. Amit came to install - polite, helpful, was happy to wear a mask and left no mess. We had other gas-related queries which he was happy to advise on. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough!

Amit arrived early today and took his time to replace the old boiler for us. He was efficient and very patient to get everything done. Afterwards, he made sure he checked that all the radiators are working perfectly.
Amit did an excellent job for us and we are very happy.

I am very impressed, efficient, pleasant, and curtious. Both boiler engineers, Amit and Jack worked flat from 8.30am till 6.30pm. They did a perfect job, I could not be more satisfied.

Amit Agheda is a highly recommended engineer. He care, duty and attention to detail is second to none.

This is a great service, interest free for 12 months was perfect for my needs, installation was quick and everything works perfectly, the certificate was wrongly dated but was rectified as soon as they were notified. Would definitely recommend. Lifesaver, thankyou.

Had a few days waiting for a boiler but once booked in Aaron arrived and fitted the boiler really quickly, checked all raiders and went above and beyond. Thanks Aaron for being so polite and answering questions throughout.

I had a new boiler fitted by Amit one of the engineers. He was great and professional in his job. He took his time to make sure everything was in good working order. The guys from Boiler Plan were great .... from removing both the old boiler and (the relatively new) hot water tank, to fitting the new combi boiler and pipework. All done professionally with very little sign they were ever here. A massive thumbs up.

I can not praise Boiler Plan enough for their outstanding service, from the moment they did the survey through to the fitting of the boiler.
All the staff were friendly and informative and their communication was second to none. They turned up when they said they would, to the minute. They worked solidly and so tidily, so much so you wouldn’t know they were there or had been.
The support and care from the office team was so unexpected and appreciated. Calling us to see if we were happy during the installation and after.
Boiler Plans ethos and ethics are outstanding and if more companies were like them this country would be more efficient.
I can not recommend them highly enough especially as their prices are so competitive.

Fantastic service, office staff from start to finish were very helpful. Engineer was great, tidied up and on time. Couldn't fault the overall experience and aftercare.

Aaron was brilliant, he had a co-worker, they worked well to replace our boiler. Zanussi went bust so Boiler Plan were called in to do it. Aaron was allocated our job and he made sure everything was done and left our home clean and tidy. Highly recommended engineer as he answers all questions and explains everything so well. We now have everything working in time for winter - yay 😀👏👏

Andy Ball has just fixed my sister's temperamental boiler whilst I was present. He was professional, polite, friendly and efficient. He kept me informed about what he was doing and why.
