These thieves seem to prey on the elderly.
My mother-in-law was paying them by DD and then when she noticed they were taking out double she flagged it up to me. I have tried and tried to contact them, leaving messages and emails. No result. Have cancelled the DD but still want to talk to them. None of the numbers on their website are answered by a person. Steer clear of them!!!

This company was requested to stop debits as my mother was going in a home.it took several phone calls to get in touch with this company.12 months later a direct debit has appeared on my mother's bank statement. Again several calls no answer say leave a message on all telephone lines not good if you have a problem with your boiler I do wonder if this company is legit as my mother did not have any policy documents the first time.

These scumbags have been charging an elderly relative for a direct debit she didn't set up for a service they're not able to offer her.

Have reported Boilercareuk to my bank
Boilercareuk.org have set up a direct debit and have been taking a monthly fee out of my account without my knowledge or approval. I have had no calls from them and never sanctioned their insurance policy - something I am not even in need of. I called Boilercare for an explanation and was told they would call me back when they had looked into it - as you can imagine I am still waiting 2 working days later. This matter has now been taken up by my bank.
I noticed they have had another review on Trustpilot from someone who has had a similar experience to me.

This company found some way to set up a contract and take payments from an elderly relative using telephone sales methods suggesting that she already had a contract with them. They told me they had a record of an incoming call from her to set up the contract but I know she was ill at the time of the so-called incoming call. I don't trust this organisation and have reported them to the bank and to Action Fraud.
