I ordered 2 hoodies

I ordered 2 hoodies and my experience was quite different than from most of the other customers. They arrived after 6 business days and were both fitting well. Even though the quality is not that good, my overall experience was positive.

Fantastic customer support!

I had clothes that didn’t fit and had a difficult experience returning as the ref number was showing as invalid. However I got in contact with a customer support agent, Mheldave who was fantastic helping me out very efficiently and laid out the steps easily for me to complete my return the whole way, and sending me the return label which I was really happy with 😁

DONT BUY ITS SCAM

Ordered 1-2 days delivery. It’s been over 3 weeks and I’ve texted them so many times and they always reply “wait 24 hours” now it says that they’ve send the package back to bohooman but I haven’t got my refund. DONT BUY ITS SCAM

False advertisement - 2nd intance

Second order - item advertised as 100% cotton only has 65% cotton. False advertisement. Seems deliberate as it has happened before. Will have to go and post it back to the false advertising company Bohooman. They don’t care because its my time and petrol I would have to waste to return this item. This was the second instance. So its not a ‘one off’. False advertisement is illegal in the UK.

I ordered clothes off the website

I ordered clothes off the website, They were very comfortable clothes and I was very pleased with them, although 2 of the clothing arrived with stitching falling out, I was disappointed with this but when I text the Boohoo customer service team they got this issue resolved for me quite quick which I was happy about so thanks to Boohoo and especially thanks to Chelsea who helped me out

Ordered a bag which the zip broke back…

Ordered a bag which the zip broke back in march, contacted them on 26/03/2021 and was told I would get a refund,1 month later and I am still waiting for my refund, they told me the refund had failed so they did it again, it failed again and I was told I would have it by 26th April, I contacted them again and now told it will be the 28th April, I'm not holding out much hope to get it back.

Absolute disgraceful and missold information

Previous to my last review when i thought my parcel situation was sorted. I was told next day delivery. I get an update at 1530 hours today to say my parcel been delayed. Ive only waited over 3 weeks for this parcel. I contact Bohoo who stated that there next day delivery wasn't available. Absolute bull! On my order it states NDD. Yet again been let down by bohoo and Hermes. They both pass the buck to each other. Ive now lost a days work to sit in for a parcel that not coming. They now expect me to lose another days work tomorrow to wait for the parcel.

Had a faulty zip on some skinny fit…

Had a faulty zip on some skinny fit joggers, wasn't broken just had a couple of spikey bits that caught my hand. Seema at BooHoo responded instantly and sent me a replacement - now that's what I call customer services. Well done Boohoo nice to see customer service isn't dead and that you DO care

Returns, Refunds, Customer Care

Although there with issues with the items I originally ordered which I was unhappy about. Hannah, Rehana and Lindsay @boohooman were highly helpful through out the issues and without many questions agreed to send me out new products.

A highly efficient and polite customer service team. I was left very happy with the service they provided.
