Boho sent me a dress that was already ripped, the sweater I ordered was actually just a cotton shirt, and they sent me the wrong sandals. I sent screen shots of everything to the customer service department and no one has answered me!
Not unlike the other reviewers, I ordered a decorative ottoman which I never received after weeks of waiting. They said they would ship another one and have since gone radio silent. I'm fairly certain this website is a scam as they have not refunded my initial purchase, nor responded to my several emails requesting shipping and then a refund as I grew weary of their legitimacy. Save yourself the money and the time and avoid this scam!
Never received my order. Ordered the dress for an event and I never received it. Emailed their support email. Requesting a refund for not receiving/nor needing the dress any longer. Have not heard back from them since sending the email weeks ago. Website is seeming like a scam site.

They forgot to ship my order and then claimed it was sent back to their warehouse. We have never had anything sent back in the 4 years we have lived here. I am wondering if this is a scam as their customer service rep seemed very suspicious.
Their website is nice, too which I guess makes it more believable that they're legit. So far that couldn't be further from the case. Lesson learned. I will be doing a chargeback and never buying from a website that doesn't have a phone number listed ever again.

We removed our phone number from store because of privacy complaint issues and regular scam calls pretending to be from this or that department but we are definitely considering some other ways for customers to reach out quickly. May be you can suggest?
