Scam company! I emailed them to process a return because the gloves definitely are not real leather, and they're trying to dissuade me from returning. They are slow to respond to my emails (probably in hopes of passing the 30-day return window), and they are saying there is a chance Chinese customs will intercept my order and they "won't receive it"; therefore, they might not give me a refund. The alternative is a 15% refund on a $50.00 purchase. I'm basically begging them to send me a return label. Wish me luck!

This China company is a complete SCAM. There return policy says full refunds. When you go to return the item they say we will give you a 15% refund of the $109.00 we paid. Or you can send it back at my expense and they are not responsible if they don't receive it. They even wrote they were annoyed that we didn't like the item we ordered. They do not have a US store. PLEASE AVOID THEM!

Scam. I ordered a dress for 50euros and looked nothing like the picture. When I asked to return it they sent me many emails suggesting to keep it with a discount but I refused and they gave me information to send it back on my own expenses for a full reimbursement. After 1 year still I never received my money back. Every time I email them they reply right away and say that they will send me the money. They just lie and they steal your money.

Don't order with this site it's a dropshipping site pretending to be Dutch and it's not. If you want to return your item the costs are extreme high and you need to send it back to the US or you can get a small refund and keep the product.

I fell for it and bought a dress. The quality was incredibly poor, a cheap Chinese piece of junk, and the product was completely different from the picture. Ridiculous return policy. DON'T DO IT!

Don’t buy here! Poor quality! Looks like dropshipping! You can not return beachwear etc.

Very disappointing – I feel scammed

I paid a lot of money and had to wait three weeks for delivery. The products are poor quality: cheap synthetic fabric, bad stitching, and nothing like the photos. Return costs are at my own expense, which is unfair given how bad the items are. The phone number on the website doesn’t work, and the package came from China – not clearly mentioned anywhere. No way to leave a review on their site either. I do not recommend buying from this shop.

Don't buy from it. The colors are totally not the same!

Unfortunately, my experience with this shop was very disappointing.
First, one of the items I ordered was out of stock — but they only informed me a week later. I chose a replacement color, only to be told that was also out of stock, even though it had just been offered.

The items were sent in separate shipments, both of which took a long time to arrive — yes, from China, despite what the store implies. As another reviewer mentioned, everything is made of polyester, regardless of what the website or labels claim. One item was labeled “100% cotton” but clearly was not.

The customer service, although polite, is ineffective. Most of my questions were ignored or poorly addressed. After several messages, they finally offered a 10% refund and said I could keep the items — but I would have preferred a proper return and full refund.

I asked for the return address to evaluate shipping costs. At first, they told me to send the items to Poland. Later, they changed their answer and gave me a U.S. address, saying I could receive a 25% refund and keep the items instead — supposedly the “most convenient” option due to the hassle of returning.

To make things worse, one of the parcels was marked as delivered but never arrived. Only after telling them they should be the ones contacting the delivery company themselves (as any serious store would), because they didn't initiate the search they would only say "it was marked delivered" . Of course I know, I can see it on the tracking!

They even provide a customer service phone number — but it doesn’t work. All in all, this shop is extremely unreliable, full of contradictions, and not transparent at all. I do not recommend ordering from them.

My order arrived much later than promised, and the item came from China, despite the website implying European quality. The material is 100% polyester, even though they advertise “premium fabrics”.
This is misleading and deceptive.
I’m reporting the case to the ACM (Dutch Consumer Authority) and through the EU ODR platform.
If you want to avoid disappointment and wasted money – stay far away from Boho Bali.

I went to check late on the 27th of feb 2023, the room I was given was in horrible state the bathroom roof was covered in mould. The safe was glued in and fell out once I closed the door, most concerning when I looked under the bed and scraped my fingers under the wooden slats omg … shocking amounts of mould … their was no fridge for me to put my medicine in (there is a temp fridge guest can u uses but it was locked by day staff and I couldn’t access it after 9 pm ..

I moved hotels that night ( my money was refunded but I wouldn’t stay there if they paid me !!!
