Promised 250k in funding woth my score and inquires. Ended up being 30k. So ok I need to credit stack. Invested into one of there vetted companies. This is September 2024. By March 2025 the company I invested with just down with zero communication and basically took the entire 30k with them. My boge representative was like yea we are aware what's going on but sorry there is nothing we can do. So basically a company that they vetted stole 30k from me and now I'm in the whole for 30k. Then I got a new representative and he never helps me and just refuses to do anything, then to top ot off he will not call or zoom with me. Be very careful.

On October 29, 2025 I spoke with Jacob from Boge Group. Jacob promised to get me $150K in credit card approvals. Jacob falsely represented that if I gave him a $2000 deposit which I did provide from my AMEX Credit Card that he would get me $150k in credit card approvals. I gave Jacob the $2000 deposit as he requested in good faith. Jacob falsely represented that the $2000 deposit would be for the first $2000 in credit card limits (which Jacob assured me would be well over $20000 in credit card limits.) At which time Jacob stated that if he didn't get me the $20000 in credit card limits that he would refund my $2000 deposit. So after I paid the $2000 deposit .Jacob stated that he would have someone to call me in a couple of days to start the "onboarding" process in other words after he received my $2000 deposit and it was confirmed He(Jacob) would get me set up in the credit card program/scam. Once the call ended I did some research on Jacob and the Boge Group and found out that there were multiple negative reviews and multiple complaints with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) I decided that I didn't want to proceed or receive any services from Jacob or the Boge Group or do any business with any business that had such negative and bad reputation and who had scammed hundreds or evens thousands of people out of their money. So I reached out to Jacob and informed him that I changed my mind about wanting to be enrolled/"onboarded" in the credit card program. At which point I never received any services from Jacob or Anyone from the Boge Group even up to today. So I reached out to Jacob on October 30 thru November 3, 2025 explaining to him that I changed my mind about enrolling in his credit card program and that I would like for him to return my $2000 deposit since no services were provided and I hadn't enrolled in the program and he agreed in writing and verbally that if no credit card funding was received by me from Boge Group(which none was received) then he (Jacob) a representative for Boge Group would issue me a refund in other word return my $2000 Deposit. Which the Deposit was for services that I never received at anytime from Jacob or Boge Group. But once I told him I didn't want to enroll/onboard with such an unethical company after investigating and determining that Jacob and Boge Group were a scam. Jacob refused to return my $2000 deposit as promised and agreed. Lastly, Jacob stated that the only way he would return my $2000 deposit was that if i could get someone else to pay him $2000 for my "seat" in his unethical credit card program/scam.
