Do not use!
They don't reply to emails,
They don't answer their given contact number.
And they don't have any other means of contact.
I want to return an item and there's no way of returning it without the return form.. a return receipt was not in parcel!

Waste of time and money

Paid extra for next day delivery, turned up 2 days late, and I had to collect from a drop off point. (It was also, too late for the event we needed it for. They did say they would credit delivery charge, but they missed the point that it
was dropped off later then the event!!! Thought i might keep it, but the thing doesn't even work. Don't waste your money.

AVOID THIS BUSINESS/WEBSITE COMPLETELY

I wouldn’t even give one star for my experience (but have to pick at least one to be able to write a review!!). I ordered an inflatable costume last Wednesday (2nd July 2025) and paid £9.99 for next day delivery - today is Monday 7th July 2025 and it hasn’t been delivered. No one seems to administer the automated chat (tried to chase for my item after 48 hours) - we’re told we would wait 15 mins in the chat queue…..but multiple requests for help went unanswred - as did the email that I sent. I have issued an order cancellation email - but not holding out much hope based on experience so far. DON’T USE THIS WEBSITE!!!!!! Absolutely shocking service - they’re just taking peoples money without delivering the goods!!! Shocking!!

Avoid! Shoddy,cheaply made costumes.

I purchased an inflatable costume from this company. The quality was shocking! It was single stitched with some holes where the needle had punched the material meaning parts of it did not inflate at all. After several emails they agreed to accept a return.
After receiving the tracked item, I had to chase them to issue my refund. They requested multiple times proof of postage,tracking numbers etc. A total of over 10 emails and no less than 7 different people dealing with it I eventually had a notification to say it has now been processed and will take up to 14 days. Less the postage costs of course… I wish I’d read the read the reviews before buying as I would have avoided. Buyer beware is my advise.

Defected item returned and still no refund issued.

They sent a defected item and, I notified them the same date of receiving it that the item (an inflatable elephant) wouldn't inflate. I requested a refund and they promised to send me a return label but they never did. After chasing and several emails, I paid via Royal Mail to return the item. After two weeks since they received the defected item, I am yet to receive the refund and have raised a dispute via PayPal.

Disappointing

Placed my order for them to turn around and cancel it. They did refund my money but still left without product because they didn’t want to ship where I live.

Bad shipping service

Received the item with almost one month late (so the party had already passed) with an adding of 30 euro customs duty to pay. Very unhappy.

False Expectations

The day I ordered, I was sent an email saying once the order ships, I would receive a link to track my order. When contacting customer service, they said they didn't have the ability to track it.

Please don't set that false expectation in the first place.

Bad service.

Bad service.
Promises next day delivery if ordered before 13.00 but did not deliver next day. I wouldnt mind and an apology would have sufficed but they made it out to be my fault for not ordering before 12pm. Really poor customer service.

The dress we ordered arrived in good…

The dress we ordered arrived in good time so no problem there, we ordered an XXL size but when it arrived it was way too small probably a Uk medium I would say so we have had to return it.
The sizes you give are a bit wrong I would say.

Good Service. However, Postage Costs Unfairly Apportioned.

Good service, very prompt delivery.

I am happy with the inflatable skeleton suit. It is made of a tough polyester material and works well, although a zip strap would greatly assist zipping it right up to the nape of the neck.

I feel that it is unfortunate to not have next day delivery available all for the sake of an extra penny. The suit costs £29.99 and free next day delivery kicks in at £30. I had to therefore purchase another item - costing £6 - to avoid paying £9 for Royal Mail's 24 Hour Tracked service. This is an extremely unfair way to force customers into unnecessarily spending more money.

The 'socks' for the skeleton suit are not socks at all: they are merely short tubes with no shape or heel and, because of this, they simply keep working their way off your feet. Surely this is a very basic design flaw that could be easily rectified?

Brilliant costumes

Brilliant costumes! Really good sizing, only thing I would say would be where it’s tight around the neck and legs it could of done with being elastic because it does start to hurt after a while!

I found this a really good site and…

I found this a really good site and ordered a fancy dress outfit, which sadly was not long enough and so I returned it and my account was refunded quickly. Very good customer service and I thoroughly recommend Bodysocks.
