I placed an order on July 4th during their so‑called “special,” and the entire experience has been a disaster from start to finish. The order took three months to arrive, and even then, it showed up incomplete. When I reached out for help, they didn’t bother to respond, not a single reply. On top of that, I never signed up for any membership, yet they kept pulling money from my account without my permission. There isn’t even a customer service number to call, which makes the whole situation feel deliberately evasive. They continue charging me despite having no active subscriptions on my account. This has been one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had, and I’m still fighting just to get my own money back.

Ordered on Sunday 1st May, with 2-3 day Hermes shipping. It’s now 10th May and still nothing about my order, have emailed customer services and also received no reply. Very disappointed as I was so excited to start using one of the products :/

Good prices and really nice company.
My shipment was delayed but they were very prompt to reply to my emails and they also gifted me lots of free face mask sheets! That was a really cute detail 😊

Excellent customer service from start to end. I was having some problems with completing the purchase and the company was quick to get in touch and tried to resolve the issue as best as possible. Prices are very competitive for the 'Thank You Farmer' range which is what I was looking for. Personal touch included with a hand written note and sample mask sent as well. Highly recommend

The customer service in this company is a 1000/10. Very helpful and respond quickly. Even if there is a problem with shipping, they will go out of their way to make sure your product is delivered to you.

It was a rough ride to be honest and everything due to botched delivery by Hermes who likes to leave parcels unattended by the door. This is not the first time they did it.
BodynSeoul resent the parcel with Royal Mail and it came and now everything is fine.
Took a bit of time to resolve it though.

Stumbled across Body n Seoul when searching online for a daily SPF and I’m so glad I did! Brilliant service with friendly staff who genuinely seem to care! I’ve not had any issues, and was so impressed by the service and product range I put in a second order as soon as pay day arrived! Will continue to use this site in the future as they have a great range of products!

Very friendly customer service! I have ordered a Vitamin C serum and I have received it with a note to remind me of using SPF and a present : a full sized sheet mask (which I will be definitely purchasing with my next order!) :) great selection and UK alternative to other K Beauty shops that ship from China. I also like how you can see on their website how many items are in stock which I find helpful.

I bought one product from this website. I got an email straight away. Plus, another email telling it was writing by a human and if I had any questions I could ask them. They also send a picture of the parcel which is nice. When I got my parcel quickly, they put a very nice personal note. Overall, perfect customer service experience. I'll buy products from here again
