Misleading images and unwanted extras

Despite there being a photo of a test kit on the purchase page, there is no test kit sent which seems very misleading. It is only once you have the item in your basket that the "No test kit required" text is shown - as an "extra" for some reason (and no way of changing that). It also adds a £2.99/month subscription for something that I never asked for. These dubious practices make me doubt the accuracy of any tests this company may perform. I never got a response using the contacts page on the website and when I rang the freephone number it wasn't answered. I would not recommend.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention,

We do not actually send test kits out as we've found a majority of our customers prefer to receive their emailed instructions and their unique redemption code as soon as they purchase so that they can send their sample back to us the very same day. It also helps us do our part for the planet as we don't have to send out lots of packaging.

In regards to our subscription, there is an option for our customers to remove this from your basket at the checkout, this can be cancelled at any point by our care team but I am happy to confirm this is not showing on your order.

Game Changing

I cannot tell you how helpful this company and customer service has been. I decided to give into doing one of these tests after numerous stomach issues. I’ve tried blood tests and a food diary, but nothing has been conclusive. However the detail and sensitive items shown in my report is going to completely change my diet. Well worth doing, and barely took any effort.

This company is brilliant!! So very helpful:)

I’ve recently used this company to potentially get to the bottom of my bloating and stomach issues when consuming certain foods/liquids. This company have kindly sent me over a very informative and detailed result! I’m honestly so happy with the results:) and the companies customer service! these guys have answered all my questions there was always someone willing to help and listen:) very trustworthy company and can’t wait to share this experience/company with family and friends.
