This time, unfortunately, I am disappointed with your service. I have been buying supplements from Body&Fit for the past six years, and this is the first time I have experienced something like this.
The product I purchased was Serious Mass (Aardbei/Strawberry), approximately 5 kg. When I opened the package, I noticed that the powder smelled very bad, as if something had spoiled. Because of the strong and unpleasant odor, I did not feel comfortable using it.
As a long-time customer, I wanted to share this feedback with you. I hope you will look into this issue and improve quality control so that other customers do not experience the same problem.

I placed the lowest possible rating because my experience was very disappointing.
I placed an order with Body&Fit, but my house number was not saved with the delivery address. As a result, I never received my order.
I contacted your customer service by email several times and explained the situation. I was informed that the package could not be resent and that I would have to wait until it was returned to your warehouse before a refund could be processed.
This entire experience has been frustrating. I paid for my order but never received any of the products. For this reason, I cannot give a positive review and have given the lowest rating.
